Arrested- Randall Magana 25 yoa , Santa Fe, NM

                Mark Sisneros  21 yaoa, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: two 12 volt batteris

Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. During the investigation, Deputies located the two above suspects within the vicinity who had stolen two car baterries from the residence.  Both suspects admitted to stealing the batteries from the residence.  Both suspects arrested without incident.

Arrested: Juliette Boyus          Age: 33      Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon deputy arrival and during their investigation, it was determinted the suspect struck the victim during an  argument. The listed suspect was arrested and taken to jail without incident.

Person Arrested- Kenneth Sanchez 30 yo , Santa Fe, NM

Deputy was dispatched to the above address in reference to a narcotic violation. During the investigation, it was learned that the above suspect was found in possession of nine strips of an orange like film substance wrapped in a clear plastic bag . The above subject was re- booked without incident.

Deputy was dispatched to the above address.  Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed person battered another inmate. The above subject was was re- booked.

Deputy was dispatched to the adult detention facility.  Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed person had narcotics in her possession while incarcerated in the facility.  Subject was rebooked.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location, upon investigation, it was found that between 10 p.m. on 12-5-15 and 0830 on 12-6-15 subjects attempted to enter the residence by force and while in the process damaged property.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested Person- Halbert Martinez 24, yo Chimayo, NM

Deputy was dispatched to the adult detention center, upon investigation, it was determined that the above listed person had assaulted a corrections officer and struck another corrections officer in his face. Subject was booked accordingly.

0215019185 / Aggravated DWI, Roadways laned for traffic / 12-07-15

Location: US highway 84/285 mile post 169

Arrested: Salvador Guerrero-Delgado, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-07-15 at about 1:00am the defendant was observed traveling south on US 84/285 failing to maintain his lane of travel.  A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment.  After a DWI investigation was condcuted the defendant was placed under arrest.  The defendant submitted to a breath test, which showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit.  He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: Residence on Camino Cerro Chato south of Madrid N.M.

Arrested: Michelle Harpstrite, 53-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-06-15 Ms. Harpstrite struck a household member in the head with a walking stick during an argument.  She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 100 Block of Camino Cerro Chato, Madrid NM (Madrid Area)

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an ambulance assist.  A 54 year old male was found unresponsive and not breathing hanging in a shed.  There were no signs of foul play or trauma.  OMI took over the scene.  Case still pending further investigation.
