On 11-30-15 at about 3:30am the victim heard someone outside his residence. He went outside and confronted a Hispanic male who had entered two of his vehicles and taken the car battery out of one. The male fled on foot leaving behind the victim's car battery.

Stolen: 3 rolls of copper wire valued at $250.00
On 11-30-15 at about 12:30am someone entered the victim's property and stole three rolls of copper wire from a shed and vehicle on the property.

Arrested: Marcos Rivera, 28-year-old male from Rio Rancho N.M.
On 11/28/15 at about 11:45pm Mr. Rivera drove into the parking lot of the Sheriff's Office and approached Deputies. A check of his driving status revealed his driver's license was revoked. He appeared to be very delusional and was making statements about his family being kidnapped in espanola. Deputies were unable to determin if he was under the influence of a narcotic or suffering a medical/mental issue so he was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation. Once he was released from the hospital he was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail for driving on a revoked license. State Police checked on his family who were found to be ok and not in danger.

Victim reports during Holiday weekend, forced entry discovered through window on front door. a .22cal. rifle, .38 cal. handgun, (3) riding saddles and various electronics including a laptop computer that was entered into NCIC as stolen. Case is under investigation.

Victim reports she was contacted by her bank in reference to someone attempting to fraudlenty cash a check in the amount of $15,000.00 on August 24, 2015. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: I-25 Valencia exit, Mile Marker 297, Santa Fe, NM
Recovered: Tailgate (Ford)
Suspect: Calletano Dominguez-Perea, 39, Santa Fe, NM
Victim reported observing a white Ford pickup truck near the Agora shopping center, Eldorado, NM with a spray painted white tailgate traveling northbound on I-25. Victim stated he had reported his tailgate stolen on October 19, 2015. Deputy located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Victim arrived on scene and provided a key to the locking mechanisim on the tailgate, which did lock and unlock the locking mechanism. It was discovered the tailgate had been spray painted white in attempt to disguise it. The above suspect was arrested on the above charges and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention without incident.

Victim reported sometime between 11-22-2015 and 11-24-2015, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into thier residence through the east window that was left unlocked. Victim reported that the unknown suspects slept overnight in his residence as he found his bed disturbed. Victim reported a stainless steel gas burner was stolen from his residence valued at $1000.00. Case is still under investigation.

Suspect: Anthony Duarte, 29, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Methamphetamine; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Friday, November 27, 2015 at 2:55am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Methamphetamine, which was inside a plastic bag. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
