Person Arrested- Nichole Chavez 27 yo Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a 911 hang up.  Upon arrival, it was found that there was a domestic dispute going on.  While investigating, it was found that the above person had scratched her boyfriend.  She was arrested and transported to the adult detention facility without incident.

Arrested: Diego Acuna     Age: 37      Santa Fe,NM

Deputies observed a vehicle strike a curb while making a wide turn from Airport Road onto S. Meadows Drive. deputies initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver smelled of alcoholic beverages and submitted to SFST's when requested. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver was read the implied consent advisory where he submitted to chemical testing. The results were .30, .30

Location: Mimosa Road     El Dorado area

Arrested: Lauri Sjoblom       Age: 57    Santa Fe,NM

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a female almost crashing into a home. Upon Deputy arrival, the contacted the driver who admitted to medics on scene that she had consumed alcoholic beverages prior to driving. Driver refused to submit to chemical testing and refused to chemical testing. driver was arrested and was taken to jail where she was booked accordingly. The driver's vehicle was seized in accordance with santa Fe County Seizure Ordinances.

Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to Corrections Officers locating a plastic bag of a green leafy substance on the above suspect's person while being booked.  Above suspect was rebooked and charged accordingly.

Suspect: Marisa Bowers,  23 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above location to assist New Mexico Adult Probation and Parole in reference to a Parolee being in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.  The above subject was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.
