Location- 28 Camino Justicia  (Adult Detention Center)  Santa Fe, NM

Arrested Person- Carol Martinez 39 yo Alcalde, NM

Deputy was dispatched to the jail regarding the above person having narcotics.  Upon investigation, it was determined that the above person is currently incarcerated. During a search by detention staff, above person was found to have a controlled substance on her person as well as marijuana. She was re booked into the facility.

0215017968-Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon/Battery Against a Household Member-11-15-15

Deputy Assigned- M. Archuleta

Commander Entering- Cpl. J. York

Location- 100 Block of Comanche  Road Santa Fe, NM

Arrester Person- Julian Romero 31 yo Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the area due to a domestic dispute. Subjects were contacted by deputies and through their investigation, it was found that the above person had battered his girlfriend and rammed her vehicle with his as she was leaving their residence. The above person was booked into the adult detention facility.

0215017964-Possession of a controlled substance, Resisting/obstructing/evading a officer

Deputy Handling- R. Arndt

Location- 5900 Block of Airport Road

Arrested Person- Jason Marshall 47 yo Santa Fe, NM

Deputy was in the process of serving the above male with an active warrant.  The above male ran from deputy and was detained a short time later.  Upon searching the male, two pipes were located on his person containing controlled substances.  Subject was booked into the adult detention facility.

The above subject was arrested due to having an active warrant. He was booked into the adult detention facility.

0215017951, Battery upon a police officer, 11/14/2015

Location: Buffalo Thunder Resort

Suspect: Michelle Martinez, 36yoa female, Santa Fe, NM

On above date Pojoaque Tribal Officer were investigating a domestic dispute.  During this time the above suspect kicked a Tribal Officer several times in the leg.  Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Suspect: Pending

On todays date the victim was attending mass at the church.  While inside an unknown suspect(s) broke the front passenger window and took a purse.  Case is under investigation.

Case #0215017848, DWI

Deputy Assigned: C. Cullison

Commander Entering: Cpl. K. Whyte

Location: US Highway 84/285 Mile Post 173, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2011 Maroon Nissan Sentra

Suspect: Jose Ruiz-Perez, 35, Albuquerque, NM

Charges: DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic, Open Containers

On Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 9:47pm the above vehicle was reported as a reckless driver. Deputies responded to the area and observed the vehicle swerving out of it's lane of travel. Vehicle was stopped and the suspect was identified as the driver. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Open containers were located inside the vehicle. Suspect had a prior DWI and the vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance 2006-5 amended Santa Fe County Ordinance 2013-5. The suspect provided a breath test and tested 0.08 BrAC or above. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

0215017837, Unlawful Taking of Motor Vehicle, 11/12/15

Location: Gunnison Rd.  Riverside MHP

Suspect: Pending

Victim reports that a 2010 white Yamaha R6 motorcycle Bearing NM R77878 was taken from the property this date. The motorcycle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen.  Case is under investigation.

0215017799 / Aggravated Battery, Larceny, Possession of a Controlled substance / 11-12-15

Deputy Assigned: S. Miller

Commander Entering: Sgt. F. Trujillo

Location: State Road 503, Santa Fe, NM, 87506 ( Nambe area

Arrested: Lucas Baca,  23 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87506

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported fight on State Road 503. Contact was made with the victim who stated the above listed suspect unlawfully took the victims prescription pills. Later the victim confronted the suspect at which time the suspect struck the victim several times. The suspect was located and placed under arrest without incident. The suspect was taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

On Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 10:25pm, Deputies came into contact with the suspect, who had an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
