Case#0215017462 Death Investigation 11-05-15

Location: 100 Block of Arroyo Hondo Road

Deceased: 72 yoa male (Santa Fe)

A 72 year old male was found deceased at his residence after 911 was called when he was located by friends unresponsive. Investigation revealed the male had multiple medical conditions he was suffering from and the death appeared to be of natrural causes.

Location- East Pine/ South Aurora (South Fork area)

Charges: DWI, Careless driving, Driving while license suspended, No insurance, Vehicle to be registered

Person Arrested- Marie Martinez 43 yoa Santa Fe, NM

On this date, deputy responded to a single motor vehicle rollover at the above location. Upon arrival, the above suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and was found to be impaired. In addition, the above suspect's driver license was suspended. The above suspect was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center accordingly. At this time, blood results are pending

0215017382, Burglary/Larceny/ Criminal damage to property, 11-4-2015

Location: Entrada Bonita, Santa Fe, NM ( La Puebla area)

Stolen: jewelry box with various jewelry items, 2 weedeaters, 42" television, 4 18" chrome rims with tires

Suspect: Pending investigation

Victim reported sometime today between 2:30pm and 2:45pm, unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry through the west glass door of the residence and stole above mentioned items. Case is under investigation

0215017395, Possession of controlled substance, 11-4-2015

Deputy Assigned: Tim Lopez

Location: O Go Wii, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of controlled substance, Possession of drug paraphernalia

Arrested: Leroy Roybal, 49yoa male Santa Fe

Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to two people asleep in a vehicle while parked at the gas pumps. Contact was made with the above suspect who appeared under the influence of a controlled substance.  During the investigation, the above suspect was found to be in possession of a controlled substance to wit; Cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.  In addition, the above suspect had an active bench warrant for failure to appear out of Santa Fe Municipal Court.  Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Location: Siler Road/ West Alameda 

Charges: Immediate notice of accidents, Following to close

Suspect: Benjamin Nickson, 34yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

 

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a three vehicle crash. During the course of the investigation, Deputy learned that the above suspect was following to close and left the scene of the accident.  Deputy located the suspect in the vicinity of Coriandor Road and arrested him.  The above suspect was charged and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center. 

 

0215017345, Possession of a controlled substance, 11-03-2015

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Moises Wheeler, 27yoa male Santa Fe

The above suspect was found to be in possession of a controlled substance while at the Santa Fe County Jail.  Suspect was re-booked without incident.

Location: 1400 block of Bishops Lodge Road

Stolen: Various hand made silver jewelry items

Suspect: Pending investigation

Sometime between late September and now the victim reported that an unknown suspect(s) stole the above item.  No forced entry was noted by the victim.  Case is under investigation. 

Case #0215017284, Driving While License is Revoked

Location: I-25 East Frontage Road and New Mexico 599, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:2000 silver Chrysler 300

Suspect: Angelica Rios-Navarrete, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Obedience to any Traffic Control Devices

On Monday, November 2, 2015 at 9:00pm, Deputy observed the vehicle, which was driven by the suspect, fail to stop at a stop sign. Vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned revoked with an arrest clause attached. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was towed from the scene and not seized due to the infraction occurring within the incorporated area of Santa Fe.

On this date, victim reported that sometime during early morning hours, unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry through the west side door and stole above mentioned items.  Case is under investigation.

On this date, deputy responded to a single motor vehicle crash at the above location. Upon arrival, the above subject was found to be impaired.  The above subject was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center accordingly.  At this time, blood results are pending.
