Location: 300 block of Dinkle Road, Edgewood, NM

Arrested: Steven A. Carmack (27yoa male Edgewood)

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member

Deputies were called to the above area reference a domestic violence call.  Once on scene it was learned that the suspect battered the victim and caused damage to the residence.  The suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

Above subject arrested without incident on two outstanding warrants.  Booked into ADC. 

0215017555 - DWI (Aggravated) - 11-07-15

Location: McDonalds – Cities of Gold Road - Pojoaque

Suspect: Marcus Delarosa – 43 - Peralta, NM

Charges: DWI (Aggravated) – Careless Driving

Narrative: Two independent calls into Drunk Buster identified a vehicle that was driving in an erratic manner.  The vehicle was observed by Pojoaque Tribal Police at the Kokoman’s Liquor Store. As the vehicle left the parking lot it jumped the curb and crossed over a double yellow line twice.  Deputy Cullison was called to the scene and conducted a DWI investigation.  The suspect refused all sobriety testing and was charged accordingly.

On this date deputy responded to the above location.  Upon investigation, it was found that subjects forced entry into the residence causing $600 worth of damage.  Case is under investigation.

On this date, deputy was dispatched to the above location. Upon investigation, it was determined that between October 31, 2015 and November 7, 2015 subjects forced entry into the listed residence causing $200 worth of damage.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Honda Generator

Value: $800.00

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a larceny.  Deputies learned the victim had left his generator covered with a tarp on a concrete slap, under a table.  This morning the victim noticed the generator was missing.  Case is still under investigation and no suspects have been identified. 

Case #0215017523, Battery Against a Household Member

Location: 100 block of Rancho Viejo Blvd., Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 42, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Richard Hansen, 43, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer

On Friday, November 6, 2015 at 9:05pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was discovered that the suspect had battered the victim after arriving home intoxicated. Victim did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of the battery. Suspect tensed up and pulled away from deputies as they were trying to take him into custody. Suspect also refused to follow any instructions given by deputies. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Case #0215017474, Aggravated Battery

Victim: Male, 52, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Bernie Trujillo, 47, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10:40pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect and victim having been involved in a fight. Suspect battered victim, causing victim to have a bloody lip and a broken bone. Victim's injuries were non-life threatening. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
