On Friday, October 30, 2015 at 12:53am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had been found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: Female, 31, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Patrick Serrano, 43, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, October 30, 2015 at 12:24am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim got into a verbal argument. Suspect them battered the victim. The victim did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Asult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: Female, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Arthur Salazar, 22, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Breaking and Entering, Interference with Communications

On Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 11:42pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect went to residence and victim advised suspect via text message to leave the area. Suspect forced entry into the residence and began arguing with victim. Victim called 9-1-1 and the suspect took the phone away from her. Suspect is the ex-boyfriend of the victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: S. Paseo De Angel, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 68, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Burglary (Residential), Larceny

On Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 9:51pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence and removed several electronic items, jewelry, and knives. Investigation is ongoing.

Case #0215017055 Unattended Death 10-29-15

Location: Calle Chiripada (La Puebla)

Deceased: 44yoa male

Deputies responed to an unresponsive male at the residence. Upon arrival the male had been taken to Espanola Hosptial. Once at the hospital it was learned that the victim had passed away on the way to the hospital. There were no signs of foul play.

Stolen: Kitchen Goods

Victim reported on 10-18-15 an unknown person stole kitchen items from their RV.  Investigation is on-going.

Location: 300 Block, Santa Cruz NM (State Road 76)

Stolen: Two jewelry boxes and U.S. currency 

Suspect(s): Pending

Victim reported between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence through the north bathroom window and stole the above listed items. This case is still under investigation.

 

0215016955 / Receiving stolen property / 10-18-15

Location: Interstate 25 mile post 274

Arrested: Emilio Gutierrez, 21-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 10-28-15 at apprroximately 1:07AM Deputies conducted a welfare check on a white Acura car parked on the shoulder of Interstate 25.  Upon running the license plate displayed on the vehicle it was found to be stolen.  The driver of the vehicle, Mr. Gutierrez was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa fe County Jail accordingly.

On the above date corrections officers located suspected suboxone within a medical aid device.  At this time the case is under investigations.
