Deputies responded to the above area in reference to a residential burglary.  Reported missing were 3 firearms, 2 tv's, and misc. jewelry.  Case is under investigation.

Gallegos was found to be in possession of suspected Suboxone while in custody at ADC.  Booked without incident.

Stolen: 2006 Ford Freestar Van NM Plate 044PMD

Victim reported someone had stolen their vehicle from their residence earlier in the day. investigation is on-going and the vehicle was entered stolen into NCIC.

021516754, DWI, Possession of Controlled Substance, 10.24.2015

Location: US 84/285 - West Gutierrez (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Carol Martinez, age 39

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in regards to a motor vehicle crash.  When depuites arrived, they learned the vehicle who caused the crash had left the scene.  The vehicle was located near the Family Dollar in Pojoaque.  The driver was displaying signs of impairment and submitted to SFST's and was subsequently arrested.

Arrested Persons- Edmundo Mendoza 25 yo Santa Fe, NM

                               Autumn Siler 22 yo Santa Fe, NM

 

On this date, deputy was on routine patrol when he observed a vehicle traveling in his lane of travel. Deputy initiated his emergency equipment and initiated a traffic stop.  Upon contacting the driver, Mr. Mendoza, an odor of an intoxicant was coming from his breath.  Field Sobriety tests were initiated and Mr. Mendoza was arrested. 

While placing him under arrest, a female passenger in the vehicle climbed out of the driver's side of the vehicle and began to physically fight with officers.  She was also arrested.

Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival the suspect cashed a voucher not issued to him and was in possession of credits cards issued to other individuals. The suspect was also found to have an outstanding warrant. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Victim parked 2015 Hyndai at picnic area and upon return found forced entry through passenger side window. A purse, keys and small amount of cash is reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Victim advised on October 23,2015 an unknown person forced entry into a shed on the property and stole a 2 ton floor jack and a Blue Moon Brewing and Browning Neon Lights. Case is under investigation.

Inmate Jerome Holt was charged with Criminal Damage to Property after he  intentionally broke a window in the facility.

Stolen: 1997 Plymoth Voyager Mini-Van, White in Color, NM# GXW-674

Suspect: Pending at this time

Victim reported that sometime between June 1st and August 10th of this year someone stole the above listed vehicle off of their property.  The vehicle was insured but not operable at the time.  Case is under investigation.
