Arrested: Antonio Loya, age 22

Deptuies were dispatched to the Jail in regards to the above suspect possessing suboxone and a syringe.  When deputies arrived they spoke with the Loya, who admitted the items were his.  Loya was rebooked accordingly.

Location: Calle de Juan, (La Cienega)

Stolen: Misc men and women jewelry

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a larceny.  The victim reported between August 2015 and October 2015 an unknown person had removed the jewelry from the residence.  The victim reported several people have been inside his residence believe this is when the theft occurred.  Case is still under investigation.

Location- Camino Justicia- Adult Detention Center

Arrested Person- Esteban Lucero 25 yo Ojo Caliente, NM

On this date, deputy was dispatched to the detention facility regarding a male acting suspiciously in the parking lot of the facility.  The male was asked for consent to search his vehicle and it was granted.  Upon searching the vehicle a cell phone was found as well as drug paraphernalia. Subject was arrested and booked into the adult detention center.

Location- County Road 45/ Lone Butte Road Santa Fe

Arrested Person- James Lian 69 yo Cochiti Lake, NM

On the above date, deputy was dispatched to a call regarding a vehicle that had gone off of the roadway.  Upon his arrival, contact was made with the driver.  Upon further investigation, it was determined that the driver had the odor of an intoxicant on his breath, after performing standardized field sobriety tests, the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested and booked into the adult detention facility.

Suspect; Julie Reichanein  Age: 54  Santa Fe

Above subject was arrested on outstanding Bench Warrant for Failure to appear on various animal control violations.  She was booked without incident.

Location: 100 Block of Cities of Gold Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Amiel Lopez, age 42 Santa Fe, NM

Deputy dispatched to above location in reference to above subject having an active bench warrant. The above subject was arrested without incident on a outstanding bench warrant out of First Judicial District Court for grand jury indictment and failure to appear. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Bisbee Court, Santa Fe, NM, 87508 (Santa Fe area)

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Bisbee Court in reference to a reported fraud. Contact was made with the victim who advised  an arrangement was made with a foreign company to help distribute money to customers. The victim stated he assisted in paying the alleged customers and the . It was soon discovered that the foreign company was non existant and the victim was defrauded. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Old Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87508

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported identity theft at an address on Old Road. Contact was made with the victim who stated that a business contacted him and advised him a suspect was attemoting to make a purchase. The suspect was using the victims identity to complete the transaction. It is unknown at this time how the suspect obtained the victims information. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Jesus Portillo 32 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Suboxone

Correction Officers found on the above inmate to orange film like substance.  The substance was located in the inmates shoe and waist band area.  The inmate was re-booked and charged on the above charge without incident. 

Case#: 0215016550/Aggravated Battery against a HHM with a deadly weapon/ Date: 10-20-15

Deputy Assigned: Deputy Shannon Coles

Location: Finley Road, Santa Fe, NM (Arroyo Seco Area)

Arrested: Jimmy Romero 33 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated Battery against a HHM with a dw to wit: Knife, Tampering with evidence, and Battery against a HHM

Victim reports at the above location she was involved in a verbal altercation with the above suspect.  The argument turned physical where family members stepped in to separate the two.  When the victim was getting ready to leave the above suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed her in the armpit area.  Victim was transported to the hospital and treated for the stab wound.  The knife could not be located.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.  He was also booked on an arrest order out of Electronic Monitoring for being in violation of his conditions of release.
