Deputies went to the above location to serve an outstanding warrant  for arrest.  The suspect was located at her residence and was arrested without incident. The warrant was for failure to appear out of Magistrate Court.

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported fraud on Bisbee Court. Contact was made with the victim who stated suspect(s) obtained a loan using his information. All transactions have been stopped at this time. This case remains under investigation at this time.

On Monday, October 26, 2015 at  8:19pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence and removed televisions, watches, and clothing items from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Above subject was arrested on a outstanding Bench Warrant for Failure to appear out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court while being incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Subject was re-booked without incident.

Suspect; Celestino Oriz-Solis  Age: 28  Tres Piedras, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject for failure to mantain his lane of travel. Above subject was arrested on a outstanding Bench Warrant for Failure to appear into Rio Arriba Magistrate Court. He was booked without incident.

Case #0215016810 Agg. DWI 10-25-15

Charges: Agg. Dwi, Concealing Identity, improper parking

Arrested: Jorge Perez-Perez 33 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Location: NM 599/ W. Frontage Road

A green in color Chevy Camaro was observed stopped in the middle of the intersection. The Suspect who was intoxicated advised his vehicle was out of gas. SFST's were administered at which point the suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed a .19, .20 BrAC.

Case#0215016777 Burglary 10-24-15

Location: 100 block of Placita Road (La Puebla)

Victim reported between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. unknown persons forced entry into their residence and stole several electonics from the inside of the residence. The suspects also stole a Keith Urban Guitar. Investigation in on going.
