0215017245-Larceny-11-2-15

Deputy Assigned- A. Gutierrez

Commander Entering- Cpl. J. York

Location- Likely Place Santa Fe, NM

Items Taken- Miscallanous jewlery and checks

On this date, Deputy spoke with the reporting party.  A box containing the above items was placed in the mail box at the residence for pick up during the morning hours of September 15th. The same afternoon, the box was missing, but when tracking the package it was found that it had never been picked up by postal workers. Case is under investigation.

0215017218-Resisting and Officer, Concealing Identity, Criminal Trespass- 11-1-15

Deputy Assigned- J. Maylone

Commander Entering- Cpl. J. York

Location- Valle Duran Pojoaque, NM

Arrested Person- Raul Gutierrez 36 yo Santa Fe, NM

On this date, deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a male calling in threats to the dispatch center.  Upon arrival, the above subject refused to identify himself with correct information. Upon further investigation, his identiity was confirmed and it was found that he had been trespassed from Pojoaque Tribal Land. While being placed under arrest, subject resisted officers.  He was booked into the adult detention facility.

0215017228-Burglary(auto), larceny- 11-2-15

Location 3000 block of Gunnison Road Santa Fe, NM

Items taken- purse, debit cards and cash

On this date, deputy was dispatched to the above area regarding a vehicle burglary.  Upon arrival, it was noted that the above items were taken from a vehicle sometime between 940 p.m. on 11-1-15 and 0730 a.m. on this date.  Case is under investigation.

Case #: 0215017182 - Larceny - 10-31-15

Responding Deputy: Cpl. R. J. Clark

Entering Deputy: Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: Buffalo Thunder Casino

Suspect: Keisha Boling – 26 – Santa Fe, NM

Victim reported her purse was taken from the Shadeh Nightclub at the Buffalo Thunder Casino.  Contents of the purse included various identification and credit cards, $500.00 in cash, and other personal items with a total value of $1,000.00.

Upon viewing the Casino’s security video a suspect was identified and located before she had a chance to leave the Casino.  Even though the suspect initially denied having anything to do with the missing purse, all of the victims identification cards were found hidden on her person.

The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the charge of Larceny (Felony)

0215017213 / Death investigation / 11-01-15

Deputy assigned: J. Lopez

Commander entering: Sgt. M. Delgado

Deceased: 69-year-old female from Espanola N.M. area

On 11-01-15 at about 8:00PM family members of the deceased located her unresponsive in her bed.  Medics and law enforcement were dispatched to the scene and discovered the female was deceased.  No signs of foul play were discovered.  The deceased had several medical issues and it appears she died from natural causes.

0215017180-DWI-Shooting at or from a motor vehicle-11-1-15

Deputy Assigned- M. Archuleta

Commander Entering- Cpl. J. York

Location- 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail

Person Arrested- Cesar Sanchez-Guardado 28 yo Santa Fe, NM

On this date, deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash at the above location.  Upon arrival, it was determined that the above arrested person had been involved in a road rage incident that ended in gun shots being fired and subsequent vehicle crash. Arrested person admitted to drinking and showed signs of impairment and was later arrested.

0215017162 - Arson - 10-31-15

Deputy Assigned:  Dep. J. Lopez

Commander Entering:  Cpl. R. J. Clark

Location: Erica Rd – Santa Fe

Deputy responded to a reported arson. 

Upon arrival it was learned that someone had thrown three (3) Molotov Cocktails at a private residence.

Two (2) of the Molotov Cocktails were thrown through a closed living room window setting fire to the drapes,the carpet, and a living room couch.

The other Molotov Cocktail was thrown through a closed bedroom window setting fire tothe drapes, the carpet, a television set, and causing soot damage to a wall.

The victim was able to put the fires out before the arrival of the fire department

Evidence was recovered at the scene and the investigation is ongoing.

Case#0215017122 Burglary 10-30-15

Location: 2400 block of Sycamore Loop (Santa Fe)

Victim reported between 9:30 am and 4:30 p.m. unknown persons entered their residence  and stole multiple items of jewelry from inside. Case is under investigation.

Case#: 0215017138/Battery on a Peace Officer/Date: 10-31-2015

Deputy Assigned: Deputy Dale Meek

Commander Entering: Corporal Deborah Anaya

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

Arrested: Daniel Roybal 36 yoa male, Santa Fe NM

Charges: Battery on a peace Officer

Correction Officer reports while attempting to assist the above inmate up who was sleeping, the inmate bit the Officer on the forearm.  Correction officer sustained a minor bite injury.  Suspect was re-booked and charged on the above charge without further incident.

Location: Cowboy lane, Santa Fe, NM (Arroyo Seco area)

Stolen: Radar detector, Alpine C.D. stereo, Turbo timing box

Suspect(s): Pending

Victim reported on today's date (10-30-2015) between 6:00am and 3:00pm, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into their vehicle through the passenger window while the vehicle was parked and stole above mentioned items.  Case is under investigation.
