A Mario Juarez (Job site Foreman) reported that sometime between 03-30-15 and 03-31-15 and unkown person(s) stole an air conditioner condensor unit from a residence at the above location. The unit was installed on the exterior of the residence which is currently under construction. The estimated value of the unit is $1000.00.

Arrested: Isabel Alvarez 35 years old, Santa Fe, NM 87505

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to a domestic dispute to an address on Vista los Angeles. Upon arrival Deputies made contact with the victim who stated the suspect, a domestic partner struck the victim after an argument. Contact was also made with the suspect. Evidence was collected and the suspect Isabel Alvarez was placed under arrest. The suspect was tranported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where she was booked accordingly. No further action was taken.

Victim reported that sometime between March 24th and March 30th, someone forced entry into his residence and stole numerous electronics and pieces of jewelry. No suspects have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

On Monday, March 30, 2015 at 12:54 PM, Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of a controlled substance and was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Case#0215004583 Abandonment or Abuse of A Child 03-30-15

Arrested- Veronica Valencia Age 55- Santa Fe

Charges- Abandonment or Abuse of A Child

 

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a resident locating an approximate one year old female wondering in the complex parking lot wearing only a pamper. Contact was later made with the child's grandmother, Veronica Valencia, who admitted to consuming alcohol and not realizing the child had left the apartment. The child was checked by paramedics and released to the custody of her mother who arrived on scene after being contacted by Deputies. Veronica was arrested on the above charge and booked into the Adult Detention Center without incident.
