Stolen: Pedal bike

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on East Firehouse Road in reference to a reported larceny. Deputies made contact with the victim who advised between March 29, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. and March 30, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. an uknown suspect entered his property  and unlawfully took his pedal bike. This case remains under invesitigation.

Arrested: Naomi Garcia, Age 23

Charges: Resisting an Officer

Deputies had conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for discharging a firearm at the above location.  The suspect refused to cooperate with deputies orders and was resisting depuites attempts to be handcuff.

Case # 0215004559 Battery against a household member 03-29-15

Arrested: Julia Klimczuk (18 yoa female)

Victim (mother) reported the suspect (daughter) had attacked her and struck her several times. Suspect admitted to striking the victim during a verbal altercation. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident. 

Case # 0215004444 Criminal Damage to property 03-28-15

Location: Marissa Lane (santa fe)

Victim reported a former tenant had destroyed several walls inside his rental house after the tenant had been served a notice to vacate the residence. The case is under investigation.

 

0215004543 / Auto Burglary, larceny, Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle / 03-29-15

Location: East Old Agua Fria Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

   Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on E. Old Agua Fria in reference to a reported auto burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated suspect(s) unlawfuly entered his motor vehicle and took keys to another vehicle. Suspect(s) then entered the other vehicle and attempted to take the second vehicle. During the process the suspect(s) crashed the vehicle at the victims home. This case remains under investigation.

Case #0215004536 - AGG DWI - 3/29/15

Location: I-25 mm 276 - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Stephen Martinez - age 51, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain lanes on March 29, 2015. Contact was made with the driver and he exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and refused to submit a breath test. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Case #0215004530 - Burglary - 3/28/15

Location: El Sitio Road - La Puebla

Victim's reported that they were out of town from March 24th to March 28th and returned to find their home burglarized. There was evidence of forced entry and numerous electronic items were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report. Investigation is ongoing.

Case#: 0215004500/Possession of Controlled Substance/Date: 03-28-2015

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center)

Arrested: April Martinez 33 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Suboxone

Correction Officer reports a pat search was conducted on the above inmate at the above location.  A note paper containing a small orange strip consistent with Suboxone was found in the left sock of the above inmate.  The above inmate was re-booked and charged accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

Location: Rivera Lane, Santa Fe, NM 87507 (Santa Fe Area)

Stolen: Firearms / tools

  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of  Rivera Lane in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated between March 26, 2015 and todays date suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took several firearms and tools from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Case #0215004483 - Battery Against a Household Member - 3/28/15

Location: Buffalo Thunder Resort - Pojoaque

Arrested: Erlynda Aragon - 30 years of age, Santa Fe, NM

On 3/28/15 at about 12:43am, deputies responded to a domestic altercation at the above location. The investigation concluded there was evidence of battery and the above suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC. The victim sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
