Case #0215004480 - Burglary- 3/27/15

Victim reported that sometime between 7:30am and 8:30pm on March 27, 2015, someone gained entry to her home by prying open a window. Power tools, a television, and jewelry were taken from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report. Investigation is ongoing.

Arrested David Trujillo

Charges: Distribution Of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance, Speeding.

 

The above suspect was stopped for a traffic violation.  During the traffic stop deputies located marijuana, a digital scale, glass pipe and loose Vicodin in the vehicle.  The driver was arrested for the above charges.

Arrested: Eli Madrid, Age 33

Charges: Battery on Household Member

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and determined the victim had been battered by suspect.  Suspect was arrested on the above charge.

Arrestee: Kristin Coble age:25

On 03/26/15 the above individual was placed under arrest on a Remand Order at the First Judicial District Court. The arrestee was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility to be booked. While being searched by Corrections Officers, a syringe was found being concealed on the arrestee's person. The arrestee was charged accordingly for the above listed offense.

Stolen: Weed wacker, Weed Mower, Propane Tank-Torch, Various Clothing, Traps, and Painting Easel Estimated Value: $1,420.00

Victim reports between the dates of March 20, 2015 and March 26, 2015 unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into a locked shed at the above location.  The locking plate and shed metal siding were damaged.  Estimated value of damage: $200.00.  Once inside the above items were taken.  Case pending further investigation.

Victim reported between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm an unknown person forced entry into the residence, and stole the above listed items. Case is now under investigation.

Victim reported an unknown person stole the above item from their residence on January 17th, 2013. Case is under investigation.

Case#: 0215004314/Resisting, Evading, obstructing an Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernila/Date: 03-25-2015

Location: Valle Duran, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque Area)

Arrested: Lucas Baca 22 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernila, and Resisting, Evading, obstructing an officer

Deputies responded to a suspicious male all in black clothing in the above area.  Animal Control officers were already on scene and observed the above male subject attempting to leave in a Red Chevy Passanger Car.  Upon deputies arrival the above male fled on foot into the mountains.  It was learned that the above male had an active arrest order out of Probation and Parole.  Deputies pursued the above male and located him. Incident to arrest the above was found with several used hypodermic needles and a pipe with residue inside of it.  He was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 8:07 pm, Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a Burglary. Victim advised that sometime during the day an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging a window and removing a firearm and jewelry items from the location.
