Items Taken: 42" Sony TV, Apple IPad

Victim reported today on 06-24-14 between 4:10 pm and 4:40pm an unknown person broke into his residence and stole the above listed items. Witness advised they observed a hispanic male in his mid 20's about 5'04 to 5'06" at about 4:20 pm leave the front of the residence and enter a red in color passenger car. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reported on June 1, 2014 unknown persons entered his residence and stole the above listed items. Investigation is now under way and suspects are pending.

Vehicle: 2003 Acura MDX NM 336SCY

On June 23rd 2014 Deputies stopped a 2003 Acura MDX bearing New Mexico registration tag 336SCY for failing to stop at a clearly posted stop sign at the intersection of Agua Fria and San Ysidro,. During the course of the investigation it was found that the operators privilege to operate a motor vehicle was currently revoked. The operator was identified as Alfonso Martinez. Martinez was arrested and booked accordingly. The vehicle was seized in accordance to County Ordinance 2013-5

0214009812 Possession of a controlled substance 06.23.2014

Arrested:Richard Rasch (33) Santa Fe, NM

The above suspected was in the jail and was in possession of Suboxone.  The above suspect was arrested on the above charge without incident.

Arrested: Issac Martinez (35) Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a intoxicated male.  When deputies arrived the above suspect was combative. The suspect was transported to Christus St. Vincent's Hospital for an injury to his hand.  During the investigation the suspect battered a deputy.  Suspect was booked on the above charges.

Victim reported between June 15, 2014 & June 22, 2014, a storage at the above address was entered, by prying open the door.  The above items were taken from the shed.  Case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above address in regards to a Burglary.  The home is currently for sale and may have been left open during a "Open House" and the couch may have been stolen after the "Open House".  Case is still under investigation.

Arrested: Oscar Rangel Lopez     Age: 31    Santa Fe, NM

Deputies observed the listed person driving a vehicle east on Airport Road with its tires flat on the driver side. Deputies initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver displayed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. The driver was arrested and he submitted to chemical testing. The results of the tests were .21, .20. Driver was taken to jail.

Suspect: Estrella Mena     Age: 25     Santa Fe,NM

Victim reported to Deputy that during an argument with his girlfriend, she broke the rear window to his vehicle. The suspect then stated she did break the window only after he refused to give her, her property back. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.
