On Saturday June 21, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy Girmendonk observed a vehicle with fictitious license plates. Upon making contact with the driver it was discovered that the driver was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license. The driver was arrested without incident and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Stolen: Electronic, car washing equipment
On Saturday June 21, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on State Road 503 in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised that suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

On Saturday June 21, 2014 Santa Fe, Sheriffs Deputies responded to an address on Calle Otra Banda in reference to a reported burglary, contact was made with the victim who advised that between June 20, 2014 at 8:00 am and June 21, 2014 at 4:20 pm suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the victims shed. Once entry was made suspect(s) took 7 saddles. This case remains under investigation.

On Saturday June 22, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriffs Deputies responded to the area of Joe Mae Road in reference to a reported fraud. Contact was made with the victim who advised that unknown suspects fled a tax return using the victims identfying information. This case remains under investigation.

Location: 43 Ogo Wii-Roadrunner Café Parking Lot
Charges: Aggravated Battery w/Deadly Weapon, Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Damage to Property
Suspect: Hispanic male, 5'9"-5'11', 180-190 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, suspect has a full beard, and a full sleeve tattoo on one of his arms.
Victim: David Perez 35 yo Male Santa Fe NM
Vehicle: White Chevrolet pick-up truck, with a lift kit, black rims and big tires, tinted windows, and a chrome bar on front bumper holding two K.C. lights. Vehicle occupied by four or five hispanic males. No plate information.
On June 21, 2014, at approximately 2001 hours, Deputies were dispatched to the Pojoaque Kicks 66 reference shots fired. Upon arrival Deputies learned an incident occurred at the Pojoaque Kicks 66 with four to five males in a White Chevrolet pick-up truck and the victim. It was found that the unknown driver of white Chevrolet truck was flirting with victim's wife at the gas pumps. Victim took a baseball bat out of his truck to confront the subjects but instead was chased again by them. Victim drove away from the gas station however subject's in the white Chevrolet pick-up truck followed where another argument ensued. Driver of white Chevrolet truck approached victim with a black semi-automatic handgun and hit him with the butt of the gun on the back of his head two to three times, and fired two or three shots toward the victims vehicle then fled the area southbound on U.S. 84/285, and was not located at this time.

Location: 6400 block of Vuelta Ventura, Santa Fe, NM (Airport Road Area)
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Upon arrival it was learned there were two separate parties when a fight broke out between several people for unknown reasons. During the fight four victims sustained non-life threatening injuries. Case is still pending further investigation.

Location: 100 Block, Calle Adrian, Santa Cruz, NM
Victim: Male, 66, Ssnta Cruz, NM
On Friday, June 20, 2014 at 10:06 PM Emergency Medical Services Personnel responded to a residence at the location in reference to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival the victim was found to be without signs of life. The victim had a significant medical history to include cardiac issues. The victim was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. Foul play is not suspected in this incident.

Location: 1400 Block, Boylan Court, Santa Fe, NM
On Friday, June 20, 2014 at 10:43 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means, gained entry to to a storage facility at the location. Once entry was gained person(s) unknown removed a whell barrel and a large roll of power cable from the shed. The property was left outside the shed when the suspects fled the scene on foot.

Location: Big Tesuque Canyon, (Tesuque)
Deputies responded to the above address in regards to an alarm. When deputies arrived it was noted that a screen was torn and a small window was opened. Deputies noticed a small shoe impression in the living room, but nothing appeared to be missing from the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, SF County Jail.
Arrested: Emitt Ortiz (18), Santa Fe NM
Correction Officers located the suspect in possession of cocaine. When questioned about the cocaine the suspect admitted to holding the narcotic for someone. Suspect was arrested for the above charge without incident.
