On Monday, June 16, 2014 at 10:15 PM the suspect utilized a rock to shatter a window to a residence at the location.  The suspect was located as a result of another incident.

Suspect:  David Prada, 46, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Burglary (Commercial), Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Monday, June 16, 2014 at 11:00 PM the suspect gained entry to a bussiness at the location by removing an exterior window screen and opening an unlocked window.  Once entry was gained the suspect removed 3 sets of dumb bells valued at $100.00.  The suspect was located in possession of 2 sets of weights. 

Case# 0214009357 Death Investigation

Location:  State Road 50, Glorieta, NM

Victim:  Male, 67, Pinebluff, AR

On Monday, June 16, 2014  betwwen 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM the victim had a medical emergency while at a facility at the location and was found unresponsive.  Upon the arrival of Emergency Medical Services Personnel attempts to revive the victim met with negative results and he was pronounced dead at the scene.  Foul play is not suspected in this incident.

Victim reported today during the hours of 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm an unknown person forced entry into their residence. Once inside the victim reported their handgun was stolen. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reported he was contacted by the IRS who advised him his taxes had been filed by an unknown person. Investigation is on-going and its unknown who or where the victims information is being used.

victim reported sometime on June 16,14 an unknown person broke a window and forced entry into the residence. Once inside the suspect took the above listed item. Investigation is on-going.

Case#: 0214009304/Aggravated Battery against a Household Member with a Deadly Weapon/Date: 06-15-2014

Location: Kemp Road, Santa Fe, NM (Madrid Area)

Arrested: Timothy Arnold, 47 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated Assault against a household member with a deadly weapon, and Battery against a household member

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival victim stated her husband and her got into a verbal argument that turned physical.  Victim said the above suspect kicked her, grazing her chin.  Then pulled out a silver pocket knife and pointed the blade at the vicitms face, after she threatened to call 911.  Victim sustained no injuries.  Suspect was located and arrested on the above charges without further incident.

Arrested: Lucas Vigil 19 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  On Sunday June 15, 2014 the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office responded to the area of Avenida De Frijoles in reference to a reported domestic disturbance. Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived and made contact with the individuals involved. During the investigation suspected marijuana was observed in the residence. The above listed suspect was questioned and admitted to being in possession of the suspected marijuna. Due to a minor being in the home the suspect was also charged with Contributing to a minor. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Victim reports home entered without force sometime between May 18th and this date.  A Glock model 31 .357 cal. handgun and ammunition are reported missing from a locked safe.  The handgun was entered into NCIC. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Michelle Urioste  Age:41  Santa Fe

 

Michelle Urioste was arrested for Aggravated DWI and Reckless Driving after being involved in a motor vehicle crash/rollover where she injured a passenger and was found to be impaired.  B.A.C. is pending blood analysis.
