Location:  Camino Del Rincon (Pojoaque Cemetary)

Stolen: Copper Tubing Gravesite fence, and a Crucifix Total Estimated Value: $1,200.00

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 5:45 a.m. and 9:45p.m. unknown person(s) stole the above items.  The items were taken from a gravesite at the above location.  Case still pending further investigation.

Case#: 0213015324/ Death Investigation/ Date: 9/27/13

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Randy Foster

Location:  residence off of Camino Pacifico, Santa Fe, NM (Seton Village)

Victim:  86 year old male

On 9/27/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to an unresponsive, unconcious male.  Complainant stated that he went to check the welfare of the victim in which he was not breathing and was unresponsive.  Complainant called 911.  Complainant stated that victim suffered from several illnesses.  OMI was contacted.  There were no signs of foul play.

Case#: 0213015331/ Aggravated Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 9/27/13

Commander entering:  Lt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  residence off of El Sol Court, Santa Fe, NM (off of the West Frontage Rd.)

On 9/27/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that on 9/25/13 between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his room by prying open the door.  Victim stated that unknown persons took 2 rifles from within.  Estimated value of the items taken is $1,394.57.  No damage to the door.

Case#: 0213015328/ Possession of a controlled substance to wit Heroin and Suboxone/ Date: 9/27/13

Location:  28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr.)

Suspect:  Nathan Martinez, age 30, Espanola, NM

Charged:  Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Heroin, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Suboxone

On 9/27/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation.  Complainant stated that the suspect was observed with a syringe which contained a brown in color liquid.  Complainant confiscated the syringe and searched the suspect.  Complainant also located 2 1/2 strips of suboxone on suspect's boxer shorts.  Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  30 Buffalo Thunder Trail, Santa Fe, NM (Buffalo Thunder Resort)

On 9/27/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Complainant stated that they observed a male subject leaving the area with a statue on 9/26/13.  Complainant stated that the statue was valued at $5,000.00.  Case is still under investigation.

Case#: 0213015259/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 9/26/13

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Jeremy Martin

Commander entering:  Lt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  17818 US 84/285, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 9/26/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that between 9/25/13 at 6:00 p.m. and 9/26/13 at 1:00 p.m. unknown persons entered the construction site and broke into the victim's vehicle. Victim stated that the unknown persons stole 2 car batteries, an aluminum radiator, and also wiring from the vehicle. Victim stated that unknown persons damaged the vehicle by cutting wires, fuel lines and brake lines. Estimated value of items taken is $820.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00.

On 9/26/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into his residence between 1100 a.m. and 200 p.m. by removing a window screen.  Victim stated unknown persons took a laptop computer, a DVD player, misc. jewelry, and 3 black and turqoise belts.  Estimated value of items taken is $2,099.00.  Estimated damage to window screen is $25.00.

Location: Calle Jacinta - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Brian Bachicha - age 41, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location on 9/26/13 regarding a domestic dispute. The investigation concluded that the above subject battered his girlfriend during an argument. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.
