Suspect #3: Valerie Navarette, age 23, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Conspiracy
On 9/25/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a robbery. Victim stated that suspect #1 approached him and forced him to exit out of his vehicle at gun point. Suspect #1 fled the area in victim's vehicle and victim then followed suspects which were in a white Jeep and victim's vehicle. Suspect #2 and Suspect #3 were stopped on Siler Road and taken into custody. Victim's vehicle was located near Hopewell and 6th Street. Suspect #1 was located at a residence off of Primo Colores. Suspect #1 fled from the area in which Deputies attempted to stop his vehicle. Suspect #1 then drove to a dead end street and fled on foot in which Deputies apprehended him. Suspect #1 was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Suspect #1 was also driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license. Suspect #1 had an active warrant for Failure to Comply with the Electronic Monitoring Program. Suspect #1 was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspects were all linked to another Robbery that occurred in the City of Santa Fe.

Location: 1700 block of Camino de Mi Angel, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Alameda)
On 9/25/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his residence. Victim stated that unknown persons stole 2 flat screen TVs and misc jewelry from inside the residence. Estimated value of items taken is $6,200.00. No damage to the residence.

Location: 6401 Richard's Avenue, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe Community College)
Suspect: Eric Blea, age 20, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery against a household member, Resisting or obstructing an Officer
On 9/25/13 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with the victim who stated that she and the suspect were arguing. Victim stated that suspect grabbed her by her arms and refused to let her go into her classroom. Victim stated that suspect also placed both his hands on her throat in which she had a hard time breathing. Victim stated that the suspect began to hit her head against the wall. A witness observed the altercation and advised security. Suspect was observed in an open field and fled from Deputies. Suspect was apprehended and admitted to the altercation. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: Santa Maria De La Paz Church located on Richard's Avenue
Damaged window screens and stucco. Total $2,060.00
Sometime between the evening hours of September 22nd and early morning hours of September 23rd someone shot several paint balls at the church causing damage to the window screens and stucco. They also shot paint balls at a large statue located in the roundabout on Richard's Ave. and College Drive. The paint stained the statue and the stucco on the church. Estimated damages to the statue are not yet determined.

Stolen: (2) Bottles of Alcohol.
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a shoplifting. Store personnel advises that a male individual entered the store and attempted to steal the above items. When employees confronted the suspect(s) a small altercation took place and a chemical agent was sprayed at employees and a knife was brandished. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating this matter.
