Victim reported to Deputy that at or around 4:29 am on September 18, 2013 unknown persons gained entry into her home and set off the alarm. The suspect then left the residence and left a key. Victim stated she believes she has a suspect in mind due to the fact she is having troubles with the person after he failed to do work he claimed he completed.

Suspects: Isaac Montoya   Age: 23     Santa Fe,NM

                John Johnson     Age: 34     Santa Fe,NM

Deputies responded to the establishment in reference to two male shoplifters. Upon Deputy arrival and speaking to the employee, he was able to identify the suspects and after obtaining all information needed for the report he located the suspects outside the establishment. After contacting the suspects both were arrested and taken to jail.

On 9/19/13 deputy responded to the Sheriff's Office to take an embezzlement report.  Victim stated that on January 2, 2013 he gave a male subject $3,250.00 to help him obtain papers for legal residency.  Victim stated that he never received any papers and the suspect would not give him his money back.  Victim stated that he is unable to make contact with suspect.

Case #0213014797 - Distribution of Controlled Substance - 9/19/13

Location: Bishops Lodge Road - Tesuque, NM

Arrested: Anthony Archuleta - age 29, Santa Fe, NM

At 5:44pm on 9/18/13, Deputy Garcia conducted a traffic stop at the above location. The driver was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and further investigation showed evidence the driver was involved in the distribution of the suspected marijuana. The driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between July 18, 2013 and September 8, 2013 unknown persons entered the property and stole the listed type of items. Case is under Investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy that on this date between the hours of 5:00 am and 6:00 pm, unknown persons entered the residence and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.  

021304809 / Driving while license is Revoked / 9-18-2013

Location: 600 block of State Road 76   Chimayo, NM

Suspect: David Chavez     Age: 58     Chimayo,NM

Deputy observed a vehicle traveling west on SR 76 with a burnt headlamp.A traffic stop was was initiated and contact was made with the listed driver. A driver's license history was requested and the driver was found to be operating a vehicle while his driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause. The listed driver was arrested and taken to jail.

Location: Residence on West Venus Road, Edgewood N.M.

Stolen: .22 caliber revolver pistol, 42" JVC flat screen television. Total value of $900.00

On 09-17-2013 between the hours of 11:00AM and 11:45AM someone entered the victim's home through an unlocked door and stole the above listed items.

Location:  Paseo C de Baca, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

Suspect:  Tara Linke, age 32, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Open Container, No Insurance

On 9/16/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a suspicious vehicle at the above location.  Deputies arrived on scene and located the vehicle.  Contact was made with the driver who appeared  to be highly intoxicated and had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath.  Suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  Suspect was given SFST's and she showed signs of impairment.  An open container was located in the vehicle.  Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent.  Suspect agreed to submit to a breath test.  Suspect's BrAC results were .26, .26.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  6100 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Country Club Gardens MHP)

On 9/16/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. unknown persons broke a window to the residence to gain entry.  Victim stated that unknown persons took a laptop computer, misc. jewelry, and misc. US Currency.  Estimated value of items taken is $1087.50.  Estimated damage amount is $50.00.
