Victim reported on this date between February 27, 2013 and April 15, 2013 the above listed items were stolen from a locked storage cage at the college. This case is currently under investigation by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $2,996.00

SFCSO Case #0213005712/ Unlawfull Taking of a Motor Vehicle/ 04-24-2013

Location:3000 Block of Camino Juliana, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: 2003 Ford Ranger, Green in color and missing front bumper (Recovered)

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Victim stated that he lent his friend the above stated vehicle on Tuesday April 23, 2013 but she never brought the vehicle back. The vehicle was subsequently located at Santa Fe Magistrate Court on today's date, Wed., April 24, 2013. Vehicle was not entered into NCIC.

The above listed vehicle is  valued at about $6000.00

Location:  7400 block of Sandy Creek Road, Santa Fe, NM (Riverside MHP)

On 4/24/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an auto burglary.  Victim stated sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. an unknown suspect(s) opened the unlocked door to her vehicle and took her purse. Victim stated that inside her purse was $65.00, a driver's license, a WIC card, a Food Stamps card, and a social security card.  Estimated value of the items taken is $310.00.  There was no damage to the vehicle.

Victim stated on April 24, 2013  between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into his unattended vehicle and took various electronics. This case remains under investigation.

Location: Walnut Street and Ash Street. Santa Fe NM

Arrested: Fernando Martinez-Talavera age: 26

Charges: Aggravated D.W.I., and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

On 04-23-13 the above individual was placed stopped for suspicious activity. While attempting to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle the driver failed to bring his vehicle to a stop and made several turns prior to being stopped by Deputies. Signs of impairment were observed upon making contact with the driver. The driver was taken into custody and refused chemical testing as required by the Implied Consent Act. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between April 19,2013 and today April 22, 2013 unknown persons forced entry into his vehicle and stole the listed items. Victim reported the vehicle had been parked in a paved parking area. Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a male who walked away from his home on April 17, 2013. Deputy stated the male has not been seen or returned home since. Male entered into data base as missing, Case is under investigation.
