On 5/2/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that a female went into his establishment to recycle some aluminum cans. Victim stated that he was entering her information in the computer and she stole his cell phone which was on the counter. Estimated value of the cell phone is $600.00.

On 5/2/13 between 9:30am and 10:00am suspects went into the above residence and removed a television and some of her (suspect's) belongings. Victim contacted suspect and tried to get suspect to return his television, but suspect would not comply. Estimated value of the item taken is $2,500.00. No damage was done to the residence.

On 05-01-13 the victime reported someone stole his bicycle from Apache Ridge Road by the mail boxes, where he had it chained to a light pole.

Location: 96 Old Las Vegas Highway (Harry's Road House)
Stolen: A black and red fanny pack with misc. items.
On 05-01-13 between the hours of 8:45PM and 9:30PM someone broke the passenger side window of the victim's vehicle and stole a fanny pack from inside. This occured while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot of Harry's Road House off Old Las Vegas Highway.

Stolen: Misc. jewelry to include a 2 carat platinum ring, (1) Colt .45 cal. stainless steel handgun and (2) hunting bows.
Victim reported on Wednesday May 1, 2013 between the hours of 8:10am and 4:07pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Stolen: (1) 32" flatscreen television, (1) black duffel bag, and various tools
Victim reported that sometime between April 28, 2013 at 3:00pm and May 1, 2013 at 3:50pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (50 year old female) was found by family member unconscious and unresponsive. Paramedics arrived on scene CPR was not conducted. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene. This incident is currently under investigation the Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a welfare check. Driver of suspect vehicle displayed signs of impairment. Driver refused SFST’s. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI

Suspect: Kimberly Tsoodle Age: 21 Santa Cruz
Deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver report and located Tsoodle operating a 2008 Dodge Avenger. She showed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. of .08 or greater.

Suspect: Steven Montoya Age: 23 La Puebla
Steven Montoya was arrested for Driving while license is Revoked for a prior DWI after being stopped for a traffic lane violation. His vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.
