Case#: 0213006413/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 5/7/13

Location:  residence off of Calle Enrique, Santa Fe, NM (off of SFCRd 70)

On 5/7/13 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 8:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into the residence through a window and damaged the screen.  Victim stated that unknown persons took misc. pieces of jewelry and an Ipod touch.  Estimated value of the items taken is $25975.00.  Estimated damage to window and screen is $400.00.

Location:  2700 block of Sycamore Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood MHP)

On 5/7/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 5:50 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on today's date unknown persons gained entry into her vehicle and stole her purse.  Victim stated that inside the purse was her driver's license, credit cards, US currency, 2 checks and an agenda book.  Estimated value of items taken is $352.00.  There was no damage to the vehicle.

Location:  residence off of Camino Seco South, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)

On 5/7/13 deputy  was dispatched to the above location in reference to burglary. Victim stated that between 9:30 a.m. and 5:20 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her residence.  Victim noticed that the back door was forced open.  Victim stated unknown suspects took a credit card and Ipod speakers.  Estimated value of items taken is $20.00.  Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

Case#: 0213006402/ Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 5/7/13

Location:  300 block of State Road 76, Espanola, NM (Santa Cruz)

On 5/7/13 between 2:30pm and 3:50pm, a male subject was seen walking in the yard of the above residence. Victim went over to the location and found the north door to the residence open with a crow bar on the ground. The door had been pried open and was damaged. Estimated damage amount is $50.00.  No items were taken.

Location: Peaks Place          SF,NM         Tesuque Area

Vehicle Stolen:1998 Pontiac Grand Am   Green in color

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between 5/6/2013 at 7:30 am and Today 5/7/2013 at 7:45 am, unknown persons stole the listed vehicle from the driveway of the home. Vehicle has been entered into N.C.I.C.  Case is under Investigation.

Location: State Road 599 Milepost 6

Subject: Lawrence Martinez      Age: 55       Alcalde,NM

Subject passed Deputy traveling at a high rate of speed on State Road 599. Subject refused to stop the vehicle when directed to by Deputy. Subject stopped after a short chase. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Victim reported to Deputy that she has received phone calls from a credit card company stating that she owes them money. Victim stated she had never opened any accounts with the credit card company. Victim stated they card company knew her personal information. case is under Investigation.

0213006289 / Aggravated battery with a deadly weapon / 05-05-13

Location: Residence on Roys Corner, Santa Fe N.M.

On 05-05-13 the male victim was drinking with a male friend at a residence on Roys Corner.  The frriend got upset with the victim and threw a knife at him, which stabbed him in the foot.  The victim was transported to Saint Vincent Hospital for treatment. The victim could not provide detailed information on the friend.

Location:  residence off of Camino Capilla Vieja, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 5/5/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Victim stated that the suspect got mad at him because he (victim) made a comment to the suspect's girlfriend.  Suspect then punched the victim several times in the face and they both rolled around on the ground.  Suspect then fled the scene and a warrant was drafted for the suspect.  Suspect was not located.

Location:  97 Encantado Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

Suspect:  14 year old male

Charged:  Battery on a Household Member

On 5/4/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Victim stated that she took suspect's Ipod away.  Victim stated that she and the suspect got into an argument and the suspect tackled the victim.  Victim then went outside and the suspect locked her out of the residence.  Juvenile Probation authorized incarceration.
