On 04-30-13 the victim reported at about 0307-hrs/ 3:07 am he was with a couple of friends at a residence off of Jemez Road. While at the residence an unidentified female became upset with him. The suspect then hit him in the head and right hand with a glass cup. Upon being struck he received a deep laceration to his right hand and a bump on his head. The victim did recieve medical attention. Suspect information and incident location are pending.

Arrested: Michelle Padilla age: 27

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit Heroin, Child Abuse, Possession of Drug Paraphenalia

On 04-29-13 the above individual was stopped by Law Enforcement Officers.  The above individual was found to be in possession of a controlled substance to wit Heroin, and drug paraphenalia. The above listed individual also had her 6 year old child in the car as well. The child was in clsoe proximitey to the narcotics. The above listed individual was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Juanito Chavez      Age: 22       Santa Fe, NM

Jail staff initiated a search of the housing area after smelling what appeared to be contraband in the facility. Jail Staff while conducting the search, located the listed subject in possession of tobacco and a controlled substance. Suspect admitted to having in his possession the controlled substance and was rebooked into the jail.

Location: County Road 106  Sombrillo

Suspect: Kevin Williams  AGe: 42     Sombrillo

Depputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute on County Road 106 in Sombrillo.  During the investigation they learned that Kevin Williams had threatened to stab a household memnber while armed with a kitchen.  Williams had also battered a household member causing minor injury.  Williams was arrested and booked without incident.

Location:  State Road 16 mm 1, Santa Fe, NM (La Bajada area)

On the above date deputy was dispatched to the 264 off ramp on I-25 in reference to mail boxes being damaged. Sometime between April 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. and April 26, 2013 1:00 p.m. an unknown suspect(s) damaged the large access doors for delivering mail on the back of the mail boxes.  Estimated damage amount is $5000,00.

Location:  67 O Go Wii, Santa Fe, NM (Kicks 66 Convenience Store-Pojoaque)

Suspect:  Joey Salazar, age 28, Rio Rancho, NM

Charged:  Attempt to commit a felony to wit:  Robbery, Arrest Order for Probation Violation-Order #: RC-13-0750

On 4/28/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an attempted Robbery.  Victim stated that a male subject entered the store and gave the clerk a note demanding money and having a weapon.  Victim refused to give suspect anything and suspect left the area.  Investigation continued and suspect was located, arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.  It was learned that the suspect was on probation and an arrest order was issued.

Victim reports his red in color Specialized brand bicycle was stolen from in front of the Tesuque Village Market between 9:30 am and 10:00 am.  The bicycle was not locked or chained.  Case is under investigation.

School personnel report that entry was made into a classroom and a filing cabinet was forced open.  Several student disciplinary files are reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

0213005784, Arson, Recovered Stolen Motor Vehicle, 4/26/13

Location: NM 503 milepost 9   Nambe

Suspect: Pending

Deputies located a completely burned 2005 Pontiac GTO on the side of NM 503 near milepost 9.  During the investigation, deputies learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to NM State Police earlier that morning.  Case is under investigation.
