On 4/26/13 a detective stated that he was almost struck head on by suspect Suspect stated that she was passing another vehicle in a no passing zone. Suspect almost struck the detective's vehicle. Suspect admitted to taking off from the detective when she saw the red lights. Suspect then lost control of vehicle and struck a boulder. Suspect had an expired registration on vehicle. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 138 Tesuque Village Road, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque Village Market)
On 4/26/13 at about 2:30 p.m. victim parked his bicycle in the side of the building of the Tesuque Village Market. Victim stated that when he went to get his bicycle it was missing. The bicycle is a Kona grey in color. Estimated value of the bicycle is $2,500.00.

The victim reported that sometime between 10:00PM on April 24th and 1:00AM on April 25 someone beat him up and stole $80.00 from his wallet. The victim stated he was highly intoxicated at the time of the incident and did not know exactly where it happened. He was also intoxicated at the time he reported the incident and was unable to provide detailed information about the incident.

Complainant stated that between April 23, 2013 and April 25, 2013 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the vicitm's home and took the listed item. This case remains under investigation.

On 4/24/2013, the victim found forced entry to his storage shed behind his business and a vacuum cleaner and shovel were missing from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

Location: Agua Fria at Charlie Bentley Road
Arrested: Vanessa Kitchens, 37-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 04-24-13 at about 9:50PM a traffic stop was conducted on a white in color Hyundai Accent after it was observed traveling on Agua Fria failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon contact with the driver, Mrs. Kitchens she displayed signs if intoxication and admitted to consuming several shots of alcohol prior to driving. She was arrested and submitted to a breath test, which revealed her breath alcohol level to be above twice the legal limit. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: Agua Fria at Charlie Bently Road
Arrested: Eddie Sanchez, 39-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 04-24-13 at about 9:50PM Deputies were condcuting a traffic stop on a vehcile belonging to Mr. Sanchez's family member. Mr. Sanchez drove up to the traffic stop in his vehicle, a red in color Ford Contour and exited his vehicle. Deputies made contact with him and noticed he displayed signs of intoxication. He refused to submitt to field sobriety tests. A DMV inquary also revealed his driver's license was revoked. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Sheriff's Office where he submitted to a breath test. Results showed his breath alcohol level to be above twice the legal limit. He was booked into the jail on the above charges.
