Stolen: One Apple I-pod, one brown coach hand bag, one coach wallet, misc credit cards, one black berry curve cell phone and $100.00 in cash.
On April 22, 2011 at the above stated address between 9:45 am and 10:20 am the victims reported that the above stated vehicle had been burglarized. Once inside, the suspect(s) removed the above stated items. The point of entry was the driver side rear window, which was shattered. This case is pending further investigation.
The above items stolen were valued at about $4799.00 The damage was valued at $3000,00

Location: 24 County Road 119 North (El Rancho New Mexico)
Damage property: Custom made front door, one yard ornament, Custom made wood stool, one wood bench.
On 04-21-2011 Deputies were dispatched to the above stated location in reference to a 17 year old juvenile arguing with his grandmother and breaking the above stated items within the residence. The juvenile left the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement. This incident is pending further investigation.
The value of the damaged items are estimated $2,200.00

Arrested: Cecilia Tena, Age: 55, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash. Deputy made contact with the driver, the above listed suspect. Deputy observed signs of impairment from the suspect and conducted several tests. Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and arrested, transported, and booked to the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Items Stolen: Glock 9mm handgun, 22 Cal. Derringer, Winchester 30-30 rifle, 3 flat screen televisions, 3 laptop computers, misc. jewelry and antique watches, a Rolex watch, misc. electronic games, an apple I-Pod and $5140.00 in cash.
Victim stated suspects entered the residence by forced entry through a rear door. Once inside the residence suspects ransacked the residence and stole the above listed items. Case is under investigation at this time.

Arrested: Robert Montoya, Age:45, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival Deputy contacted driver, above listed suspect and observed signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined that the above listed suspect was impaired. Above listed suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 4/21/11 victim wanted to file a report in reference to someone burglarizing her residence and stealing her jewelry. Victim stated that this may have occurred between January 2011 and March 2011. Victim stated unknown persons tooks misc. jewelry from within. Estimated value is about $12,200.00. Victim stated that it is unknown where suspects gained entry.

Victim reported that they received a letter from Wells Fargo in reference to new accounts being opened under victims name and information. Victim did not authorize these accounts and had them closed immediately. As of this date no charges were made. Case is under investigation.

Location: 3100 block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM
On 4/21/11 victim went inside the residence to gather some items after she had left some items in the suspects vehicle. Victim stated that the suspect then took off with her items and did not give her a ride. Victim stated that the suspect is not from the area. Victim stated that the items are a red bag with white/brown giraffe prints, turquoise stones and silver jewelry, prescription sunglasses, a straight talk cell phone and $40.00 in cash. Estimated value of items taken is $765.00. Unknown on where the suspect had gone to.

Location: 88 Oro Quay Road, Edgewood, New Mexico
Stolen: 1992 Blue Dodge Ram pickup, Misc hand tools, 3 Interstate commercial batteries, 1 standard vehicle battery, 3 central pneumatic air impact wrenches, 3 five gallon containers of Volvo brake oil, 2 Cases of automatic transmission fluid, 30 gallon air compressor and a large welder unknown make or model that was mounted to the flatbed of the Dodge pickup..
Between the hours of 7:00 pm on April 20th 2011 and 7:15 am on April 21st 2011, someone gained force entry to the property by removing the front gate from the hinges. Victim reported the above stated items were stolen as well as a 1992 Dodge Ram flatbed. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 11,295.00

Location: 779 (C) Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe New Mexico
Victim reported that on April 20th 2011 she received information that her son had not been in school for a week. Victim requested a welfare check of the above stated address to make sure her son was fine because he was staying with his father. It was determined that the father took the son out of state against stipulations of a District Court Order, which was signed by a District Court Judge. Several attempts were made to contact the father and he never returned his messages.
