On April 17, 2011 at 9:41 PM Suspect #1 and Suspect #2 were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when Suspect #1 struck Suspect #2 in the facial area with an open hand. Suspect #2 sustained minor injuries and was treated at Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center. It was revealed that the Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court had issued a warrant for Suspect #2's arrest. It was further revealed that the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court had issued a warrant for Suspect #3's arrest.:

SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF BEER AND INTOXICATED (.10 / .11BrAC). INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED AND SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION WHERE THE VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN APRIL 13TH, AND TODAY UNKNOWN PERSON REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED TRAILER FROMTHE STORAGE LOT. VICTIM REPORTED SEEING AN EX-EMPLOYEE NEAR THE LOT UNKNOWN IF HE HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE TRAILER. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED BETWEEN APRIL 13TH AT 1030 PM AND FRIDAY APRIL 15TH AROUND 5;30 PM SOMEONE HAD BROKEN OUT THE WINDOWS TO THEIR 1994 FORD PICKUP AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Suspect: Miguel Aragon Age:31 Pojoaque
Miguel Aragon was transported to Christus St. Vincent Hospital for intake into the sobering center due to his intoxicated state. Aragon spit saliva on to Sgt. M. Post while exiting patrol car and was charged with Misdemeanor Battery. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without further incident.
