Stolen: Garden tools (Misc).

Between April 14th 2011 at approximately 3:00 am and 8:00 am on April 14th 2011 unknown individual (s) entered the Tierra Real Maintenance shed at the above stated address. Once inside the unknown person(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

Stolen: 7 ten gallon water jugs and one water dispenser.

Between April 10th 2011 at approximately 5:00 pm and 10:00 am on April 14th 2011 unknown individual (s) entered the residence at the above stated address. Once inside the unknown person(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 85.00

Location: Siler Road and Rufina Street

Arrested: Joshua Decelles

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation.  Deputy contacted above listed suspect who was the driver.  Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests.  Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed above suspect under arrest.  Above suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

0211005147, Drving while license revoked or suspended, 04-14-2011

Deputy Assigned: S. Coles

Location: Airport Road

Arrested: Jesus Rodriguez, Age:45 Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputy conducted a traffic stop after driver ran a stop light, and contacted the driver the above listed suspect.  After conducting a drivers inquiry Deputy determined above listed suspect had a suspended/ revoked license with an arrest clause attached to the revocation.  Deputy placed above listed suspect under arrest and booked him into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

Case#0211005134 / Burglary(residential), Criminal damage to property / 04/14/2011

Location: Residence off of Herrera Road, Northern Santa Fe County

Suspect(s): Pending

    Victim reported on 04/14/2011 between 12:00pm and 4:00pm unknown suspect's entered an abandon mobile home on his property through a rear door.  Once inside they damaged several walls, windows, cabinets, the toilet, mirror and several doors.  Victim estimated between $7,000 and $10,000 in damages.  The invetsigation is ongoing.

Location: Residence off of Sunset Blvd, Edgewood N.M.

Suspect: 52 year old male

    On 04/13/2011 complainant reported an 8 year old boy was being physically abused and sexually exploited by the suspect.  The case is currently under investigation.

Location: #20 Buffalo Thunder Trail (Pojoaque NM)

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim a (48 year old female) was located unresponsive. This case is a death investigation, which is on going. No fowl play is expected in this incident.

Location: Ogowii Drive     Pojoaque, NM

Employee reported that a female entered the establishment stating that she was a manager of the company and needed to audit the establishment. Employee agreed and female walked to back of the business while employee called manager. Employee stated that during this time suspect gained entry into the register and stole an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing. Case is still under investigation

Location: Old Santa Fe Trail / Sun Mountain Drive

Arrested: Nathaniel Vonstaats       Age;40         Santa Fe,NM

 Driver was stopped by Deputies after observing traffic violations. Contact with the driver was made and after interviewing subject, he was asked to submit to field sobriety testing. Driver was found to be impaired and was arrested for the listed offenses.
