On 04-20-11, the above Deputy was requested in District Court Judge Ellington's court room in reference to placing the Ms. Martinez into custody for Contempt of Court. Upon doing so, Ms. Martinez became uncooperative and began yelling. Ms. Martinez had to be physically restrained. While doing so, Ms. Martinez bit two Deputies on the hand causing injuries. Ms. Martinez also kicked Deputy Cebada in the left thigh multiple times. Ms. Martinez was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Luis Guillen-Vargas, Age: 31, Santa Fe New Mexico
Deputy observed a vehicle traveling west on Airport Road swerving in and out of lanes. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, the above listed suspect who displayed signs of impairment. Deputy conducted several tests and determined that the above listed suspect was impaired. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported that between 8am and 4:30pm on this date (04-20-2011) some unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry by force through a kitchen window. Once inside the residence victim noticed the above items missing. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: PlayStation 3, Flat screen TV, Lap Top Computer, Ruger .22cal rifle, Marlin .22cal rifle and Remington 30-06cal.
Victim reported that sometime between 1:50pm and 4:50pm an unknown person gained forced entry into the residence through a front door. Once inside the above items were taken. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on this date, 04-20-2011, he arrived home and observed two males outside his residence. The males were attempting to load up the victims flat screen television. The males dropped the television and fled the area in a older model hatch back car (black). Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that he noticed fraudulent charges on his bank statement. Victim reported that from 04-06-2011 and 04-19-2011 an unknown person(s) had been using the credit card of the victim to purchase items on-line. Case is under investigation.

Between the hours of 6:30 am and 7:45 am on Monday April 18th 2011, someone illegally attempted to enter the above stated address but never gained entry inside the home. The front door of the residence did sustain damage near the dead bolt area. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The damage was valued at $300.00

Stolen: Two shotguns unknown make or model, 195 of various DVD’s, Liquor bottles unknown exact amount, Jewelry, two lap top computers and one flat screen television. The details of brands and names are pending.
Between the hours of 7:30 am and 10:45 am on Tuesday April 19th 2011, someone illegally entered the above stated address and removed the above stated items by kicking open the front door of the residence. At the time when the investigation was conducted the actual victim was not home, therefore the specific details on the items missing are forthcoming. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 9,855
