Stolen: ( 4) 8foot in diameter metal tanks, 4 cutting torch tanks

On this date Deputies responded to the above address. Victim stated that sometime between 4/13/11 and 4/14/11 some unknown person stole the above listed items from the victims property

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $20000.00

0211005281 Larceny / Criminal Damage

Deputy assigned: Erick Steen

Location: Plaza La Prensa (Hwy 14 Area)

Stolen: 300 feet commercial copper wire, damaged electrical box

On this date Deputies responded to the above address. Victim stated that sometime between 4/17/11 2:00pm and 4/18/11 7:00am some unknown person stole the above listed copper wire. The main electrical box was damaged and the wire was pulled from the street to the business.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $4500.00

Suspect: Pending

Victim reported to Deputy suspect entered her residence and stole a purse.  Victim believes the suspect may have manipulated the lock to the front door and stole the purse.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Multi Colored Rhinoceros Statue

On this date Deputies responded to the above address. Victim stated that sometime between 4/14/11 2:00pm and 4/18/11 7:30 am some unknown person stole the above listed statue that was bolted down to a cement pillar.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $2500.00

0211005327, Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property, 4-18-2011

Location: Sky Ridge Drive, Turquoise Trail Subdivision

Suspect: Pending

Deputies responded to a possible Burglary in progress.  Upon arrival a suspect was observed attempting to gain entry into a residence.  Suspect was unable to gain entry and fled the area on foot.  Suspect damaged an exterior water spigot.  Case is under investigation.

0211005333, Battery Against a Household Member, 4-19-2011

Location: Rancho Viejo Subdivision

Arrested: Tracy Jinnette, Age: 38 Santa Fe New Mexico

Deputies responded to a Domestic Disturbance.  Victim reported being involved in an argument with above suspect. Victim stated above suspect threw a clock radio and a cordless phone striking victim in the face. Above suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center for the above listed charge.

0211005323, Aggravated Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property, 4-18-2011

Location: State Road 502

Suspect: Pending

Items Stolen: .38 cal revolver handgun, 32" Sony Flat screen, one toolbox, one Homelite Chainsaw, one computer monitor and keyboard. 

Victim reported to Deputies that suspect(s) gained entry into their residence by breaking a plexi-glass window.  Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above listed items and left the area.  Case is under investigation.

0211005295, Abandonment or abuse of a child, 04-18-2011

Location: Aspen Loop (Cottonwood Village, Santa Fe)

04-18-2011 the Agua Fria principal contacted Law Enforcement to report possible neglect of three children.  The Principal advised that a student disclosed to her that he felt unsafe at home and wished that his two twin sisters were checked on.  The victim stated that he has not seen his mother (primary caretaker) in two days.  CYFD was contacted and conducted a wale-fare check as well.  Case is under investigation.

CASE 0211005301 / LARCENY / 04-18-2011

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY BRIAN BRANDLE

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON L. COLEMAN

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF REDROCK ROAD, MADRID AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  H&K SEMI AUTO 9MM HANDGUN AND A 22 CAL REVOLVER, VALUED AT $1,300.00.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED TO DEPUTY THAT SOME TIME BETWEEN DECEMBER 25TH, 2010 AND APRIL 13TH, 2011 SOME UNKNOWN PERSON (S) REMOVED THE TWO LISTED FIREARMS FROM HIS HOUSE.  VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE HAS HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE IN HIS HOUSE DURING THIS TIME.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

0211005284 (Residential burglary, Larceny, Criminal damage to property)

Location: 2484 Sycamore Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Cottonwood Village mobile home Park)

Stolen: Three flat screen television sets (two 52 inch Sony’s and one 56 inch Panasonic). One Blue Ray DVD player, one pair of leather cowboy boots, one orange in color Verizon cell telephone, one brown in color wallet, which contained 1 one hundred dollar bill.

Between the hours of 7:40 am and 9:27 am on Monday April 18th 2011, someone illegally entered the above stated address and removed the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 1,740.00
