Victim reported that sometime between 7/16/09 5:00pm and 7/17/09 8:00am some unknown person unlawfully entered the Eldorado community center and stole a Dell laptop computer. Arrested: Alvaro Rodriguez 34yoa
On the above date, the above named officers responded to Los Pinos Rd. regarding a violent domestic disturbance involving the defendant. Upon arrival the suspect had fled the scene. The victim advised that the defendant slapped her in the face, broke her bedroom door and struck her fifteen year old daughter. Officer located suspect driving on Cerrillos Rd. where a short pursuit insued and the suspect was later apprehended. The suspect displayed several clues of being intoxicated. Defendant had a .23 and .20 BrAC. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center on the above listed charges.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon arrival, the victim advisedthat person(s) unknown gained unlawful forced entery into his home and stole serval power tools, a pressure washer, a small cement mixer and three Apple lap-top computers.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the area of the above location regarding the above offense. Upon arrival the victim advised that his mother attacked him whil he was at his grandparent's home. he advised that his mother tore his shirt and scratched him on the chest. The suspect had fled the area prior to officer's arrival.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the area of the above location regarding a stole motor vehicle. Upon speaking with the victim, he av=dvised that on this date at approximately 1:50am he went outside to warm up his vehicle and then reentered his home. Upon going back ouitside, the vehicle was gone. Teh vehicle was a 2003 Honda Civic 2 door, which was blue in color. The vehicle should be bearing New Mexico license plate HCG-031. The vehicle was entered in NCIC.

Victim reports battered by intooxicated household member with metal table fan and then assaulted by same with shotgun. One round reported to have been fired inside of home. Victim received minor injury to the head from fan. Suspect not located, Arrest Warrant to be issued.
