Deputies responded to a loud party in which they saw several bindles of apparent cocaine on the floor of Ms. Trujillo's apartment. She was placed under arrest. Mr. Lugo was arrested for obstructing the investigation of one of the deputies. Both were booked into the adult detention center accordingly.

A fight was reported at the above location in which the suspect began driving in a vehicle attempting to run over other individuals. A sixteen year old female and a twenty-three old male were struck by the vehicle. They were transported to St. Vincent's Hospital and were treated for minor injuries. The suspect driver had not been identified or located at the time of report.

Arrested: 11 and 12 year old juveniles
The above juveniles were detained by an off duty deputy sheriff for breaking into the SFC Boys and Girls Club and stealing several items from inside. They were referred to the Juvenile Probation Office and released to their parents.

Arrested: Dennis Duran - age 33, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash and exhibited signs of impairment. He refused a breath test and a warrant was obtained for his blood to be drawn. The driver was arrested and booked into the adult detention center with felony DWI charges.

Location: Tranquil Way - Santa Fe, NM
The suspect in this case took the vehicle belonging to his girlfriend's mother without permission after a domestic altercation with his girlfriend. The mother signed a stolen vehicle affidavit and the vehicle had not been located at the time of this report.

A 27 year old male reported that he was followed by another vehicle into the Cottonwood Village Mobile Home Park where he was confronted by the occupants of that vehicle with a broken beer bottle. The suspects then left without further confrontation. The identity of the suspects was unkown at the time of report.

Arrested: Armando Rodiguez - age 46, Sante Fe, NM
The above subject was found passed out in the driver seat of his parked vehicle with his keys next to him. He was awakened and he exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested and he refused a breath test. He was subsequently booked into the adult detention center.

Location: Riverside Drive - Santa Fe, NM
The above victim returned home to find two televisions missing from inside his residence. He had been away from 6:00pm on July 18th to 2:30am on July 19th. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing else in the residence had been disturbed. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

On 07-19-09 the victim reported that between 07-18-09 and todays date, unknown suspect(s) had forced entry into his residence. The unknown suspect(s) had used a large hammer to force entry into the residence. The unknown suspect(s) had also attempted to pry the bedroom window open. There did not appear to be any items missing from the residence.

Location: Griego Hill Road- Santa Fe
On 07-19-09 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an Unattended Death. Upon arrival it was learned that an 82 year old male was found unresponsive. Santa Fe Med 50 attempted to revive the male, but was unable too. The male had a lenghty medical history. No foul play was found and it appeared the incident was do to natural causes.
