On the above date the victim reported that his vacant residence had been broken in to on two separate occasions. The first time it happened was between the dates of 06-22-09 and 06-28-09. The victim did not report that burglary. The second time occured between 06-28-09 and 07-16-09. Taken from the residence were the appliences and the doors to the residence.

Victim reported that sometime between 11:00pm on 7/15/09 and 4:15am on 7/16/09, unknown person(s) STOLE her 1991 Acura Legend 4d,black in color, bearing NM plate# 382-HNC, from the driveway to her residence. Vehicle entered NCIC. Investigation continues.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location regarding a burglary. Upon speaking to the victim, he advised that he lives in Santa Fe on occasion and owns the home. He advised that upon his arrival, he noticed the front and rear doors had been kicked in. Upon checking the residence, he noticed that several tools were missing.

Charges: DWI 1st Offense, Obedience to traffic control devices, driver must be licensed
On 7/15/09, suspect was driving a 1989 Dodge Van, bearing NM plate# 836-PFF, and failed to stop for a red light. Suspect was found to be impaired, after field sobriety tests and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath tests were .08/.08

Location: residence off of Chevelle's Lane, Edgewood, NM
On 7/15/09 victim reported above incident occurred between 7/10/09 and 7/15/09. Victim believed suspect removed a one person spa tub and a planter from inside and outside the home. Victim believes suspect gained entry through an unsecure window or possibly with a key. Estimated amount of items taken is $2050.00.

On 7/15/09 victim reported that sometime between 7/13/09 and 7/15/09 unknown persons entered his RV through an unlocked door and took a Xbox 360 and 7 Xbox 360 games. Estimated amount of items taken is $800.00.

Suspect: Debbie Lopez, age 45, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
On 7/15/09 deputies were dispatched to a possible auto theft. Suspect left the residence in white Toyota pickup. Vehicle and suspect were located on State Rd. 14 mm 44. A traffic stop was conducted and suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was given SFST's and could not complete them. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent and her BrAC results were .33 and .31. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Victim did not want to pursue the matter with suspect taking the vehicle.

Location: Big Tesuque Campground, Santa Fe, NM
On 7/15/09 between the hours of 1000 and 1200 vicgtim left his campsite for a hike. Victim stated that when he returned his Magellan tent, a Northface sleeping bag, a propane cylinder, a Northern stove, an Igloo cooler, a Jeep dufflebag, camp cookware, and a Coleman lantern. Estimated value of items taken is $1295.00.

On the above date the alarm at the above location was activated at 12:48 PM. Upon checking the residence a screen on a window located at the rear of the residence had been pushed in. The entire residence was checked but no one was found inside. Nothing appeared to be missing.

On the above date the victim reported that someone gained entry to his residence through an unlocked door and stole some jewelry, a camera and a painting. This occured between the hours of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on 07-14-09.
