Driver was stopped for an expired registration tag. It was discovered that he had a suspended / revoked Driver's License with the arrest clause. Driver was arrested.

Victim wanted to report that her ex-boyfriend went to her residence, entered the home, and took the keys to five vehicles. The suspect then removed the vehicles from the property. The vehicles include a Yamaha R6 motorcycle, 1995 Cadillac STS, Red 2002 Jaguar S-tyype, Tan 1986 Chevy Pickup, and a red and white yamaha Raptor. All vehicles have been reported stolen.

Charges: Possession of Cocaine and a Dona Ana County Warrant

An attempt was made to located the above suspect to arrest him on the above warrant. Contact was made and the suspect was arrested at his residence. A search of the suspect revealed that he was in possession of a small amount of a white substance that field tested for Cocaine.

Person(s) used a pry tool to pry open the front door to the residence. While inside they took a #1 necklace, necklace with a heart and necklace with a pearl. Suspicous vehicle in the area is a gray Dodge pickup.

Arrested: Dianne Lane (43 YOA), 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM 87508

Deputies responded to a report of a fire in the medical facility at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility.  Upon arrival it was learned that the above listed individual had been placed in the medical area for observation.  After further investigation it was learned that she had lit a blanket on fire by unknown means.  Suspect was the only person occupying the area that she was in.  She was transported to St. Vincents Hospital for smoke inhalation and re-booked on arson charges.

oN 3/20/08, Deputies responded to the area of 3 Las Lomas, in reference to some type of disturbance. The above suspects were located, and found to have listed warrants, and were arrested booked accordingly.

0208002356/Aggravated DWI/Suspended or Revoked License/Improper Display of Registration 03/20/08

Arrested: Joseph Drysdale (30 YOA), County Rd. 93, Chimayo, NM 87522

On 03/20/08 The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office was conducting a DWI Checkpoint at the above listed location.  Suspect entered the checkpoint in his Ford Tempo.  Upon contact with deputies he was found to be impaired.  Suspect failed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.  He submitted to a breath test with the following results .18,.18 respectively.  A motor vehicle inquiry revealed that the vehicle was displaying an improper license plate and the suspects driving priveledges had been revoked with the NM 66-8-122g arrest clause.  He was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly.

0208002353/Aggravated DWI/Possession of Marijuana/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 03/20/08

Arrested: Garrett Worley (30 YOA), Camino Vista Aurora, Santa Fe, NM 87507

On 03/20/08 the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office was conducting a DWI Checkpoint at the above listed location.  Suspect entered the checkpoint in his toyota station wagon.  Upon contact with deputies he displayed signs of impairment.  He failed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.  He submitted to a breath test and his results were .16,.16 respectively.  During a search incident to arrest a small amount of a green leafy substnace and a metal smoking device were located in the suspects pants pocket.  A field test of the substance proved positive for marijuana.
