The above listed individual was caught speeding 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone at above listed location. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be operating the motor vehicle while his NM Driver's License had been revoked. The driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On the above date the victim reported that he was hired by the suspect to move him from Santa Fe to Delaware. After they were done moving him, the suspect paid him with two checks and cash. When the checks were deposited the victim recieved a letter from the bank stating that the suspect had insufficient funds and the checks were returned. The victim has not been able to get a hold of the suspect.

Suspect was observed traveling north in the southbound lanes of travel on US 84/285 in a 1998 Toyota 4Runner (NM JTF299). Subject was involved in single vehicle crash at mile post 172. Upon making contact with the driver an odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage was detected. Subject was arrested and submitted to a breath test in which the results were .14 and .15. Subject was booked on the charges of DWI, Reckless Driving and Driver must be licensed.

Victim reported that on 03-19-08 between 7:45 am and 11:30 am unknown person(s) forced open the door of his residence and gained entry stealing a Sony Playstation III, Playstation games, CD's, Jewelery, currency and a bottle of prescription medication. Estimated value of the item taken is pending. Albuquerque Police Dept. contacted two male subjects who had some of the aforementioned property in their possession. Suspect information and charges are pending further investigation.

Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the above listed location. An investigation revealed that the suspect and her live in boy-friend had engaged in a verbal arguement about his long work hours. during the arguement the suspect scratched her boyfriend across the chest. Suspect was subsequently taken into custody.

The regional communications center received several calls regarding a wrong way driver on US Highway 84/285 in the area of Milepost 170 (Tesuque Area). Deputies responded and located the vehicle that had collided with a concrete barrier. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be impaired. Suspect failed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. He was taken to St. Vincents Hospital for complaints of injury and was taken the Santa Fe County Detention Center upon his release. Breath test results were .14,.15 respectively.

The above named defendant checked himself into the Dention Center by order of the court and was caught bringing tobacco and marijuana into the detention center. The above named defendant was booked accordingly on said charge.

Charged: Great Bodily Harm by Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Suspended or
Revoked, Careless Driving
On 3-19-2008, at 4:56 AM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side. The suspect then over corrected, causing the vehicle to re-enter the roadway and then leave the roadway on the left side. The vehicle then went up an embankment, through a right of way fence and then rolled a minimum of two times down the other side of the embankment, coming to rest on the right should of southbound I-25. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. The results of that test are pending. The victim, who was the unrestrained right rear passenger in the vehicle and was ejected from the vehicle. sustained serious head and internal injuries. Two juvenile passengers in the vehicle were treated for injuries at St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and released to their respective parents.
