Suspect: Michael Rodriguez, 31, Espanola, NM

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Reckless Driving, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

On Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at approximately 4:58pm, vehicle was observed passing other vehicles on the shoulder of the right side of the road going above the speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, the suspect. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Suspect was searched upon incident to arrest and was found in possession of Suboxone without a valid prescription. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: John Martinez, 50, Santa Fe, NM

On Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at approximately 3:20pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate with an outstanding arrest warrant. Suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for the original charge of Disorderly Conduct. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Inmate Orozco was arrested and served with an active arrest warrant while at the jail.

Inmate Vaughn approached the victim and struck him causing injury. Victim was treated and Inmate Vaughn was re-booked into the jail with the additional charge.

On 07/28/19 the above individual was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the First Judicial District Court. He was booked accordingly without incident.

Charges: DWI, Careless Driving

On 07/28/19 contact was made with the above individual, after he was found stopped in the lane of travel asleep. While speaking with the individual he displayed signs of impairment. After performing the SFST's he was placed under arrest. A legal breath test was completed with result being over the 0.08 BrAC legal limit. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Victim reported to Deputy, sometime between July 27, 2019 at 8:30 p.m. and July 28, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into the location and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Rex Corcoran      Age: 34      Santa Fe, NM

Deputies came in contact with the Corcoran during a welfare check on a broken down vehicle. Corcoran was found to have  an outstanding warrant issued for his arrest. Corcoran was arrested and taken to jail.
