Victim reported to deputy, sometime between July 25 and July 27, 2019 unknown persons forced entry into the location and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

Charge: Battery Against a Household Member

On 07/28/19 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a disorderly conduct report. During the investigation it was found the incident was a domestic dispute and the  above suspect had battered a family member. She was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Terry Begay     Age: 29    Santa Fe, NM

Deputies located a vehicle abandoned in the middle of the road. While waiting for a tow service to arrive, a male walked up to the scene and claimed the vehicle. The subject was found to have (6) six active arrest warrants issued for his arrest. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Location :   N. Sierra Place, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested:  Brian Gutierrez, 34 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above residence in reference to a domestic dispute.  During the investigation, it was learned that the victim was battered by his ex-partner. Suspect was arrested and transported to ADC accordingly.

On Thursday, July 25, 2019 at approximately 2:18pm, Deputy made contact with victim, who advised that on June 11, 2019, while vehicle was parked at location, an unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle and removed a water meter. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: Dominic Sanchez, Edgewood, NM

On Thursday, July 25, 2019 at approximately 2:21pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to corrections officers being battered by an inmate. Suspect battered both corrections officers. Suspect was booked on two charges for Battery Upon a Peace Officer.

Location : Paseo De River, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Russel Ber 18 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

                  Alijah Polonsky      21 yoa Santa Fe, NM

Deputies located suspect's vehicle parked along the side of Paseo De River St. and the river bed. On the concrete barrier next to  vehicle was fresh graffiti and the unoccupied vehicle had spray paint cans inside in plain view.  During the investigation, a large mural on the bridge was found and the paint was still wet. Deputies checked the area, but were unsuccessful.  A traffic stop was conducted later and both subjects were located and arrested as the passenger admitted to the graffiti with the assistance of the driver.

0219012833, Agg. DWI/ Negligent use of a deadly weapon, Failure to yield at stop sign, 7-24-19

Arrested: Izaiah Lopez, 24 yoa , Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to above location to assist Pojoaque PD on a non native American possibly intoxicated who committed a traffic infraction.  SFST's were administered on the subject who showed signs of impairment.  During the investigation, subject admitted to having a handgun in the glove compartment, which a Beretta Nano was located.  Subject was arrested and read the NM implied Consent advisory and agreed to a chemical test.  Subject blew a .16, .18 BraC.  Subject booked at ADC.
