Arrested: James Perea 42 yoa male (Santa Fe)

SFRECC received a report of persons who were intoxicated at the rest area on I-25 . As Deputies entered the area they observed three motorcycles leave the area. The above person was stopped in reference to that information and found to be under the influence. He was arrested and refused chemical testing. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

Arrested: Sabrina Gearin 46 yoa female (Albuquerque)

Subject was contacted while walking down the highway at 0345 hours. She was checked on and found to have an active warrant out of the Bernalillo Metro Court. She was arrested and taken to the SFADC without incident.

On the above date subject was contacted in reference to a traffic violation. During that stop he was found to have a warrant for his arrest issued for non payment of child support. He was booked into SFADC without incident.

On 07-21-19 Deputies went to the above location and came into contact with the above subject. He was taken into custody on the above listed warrant. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail reference an inmate found in possession of contraband. The inmate was rebooked into the jail with the additional charge.

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned the vehicle the suspect was traveling in was stolen out of Albuquerque, NM. Suspect was booked accordingly.

Recovered: 1998 black in color Cadillac

ON 07-19-19 Deputies responded to Ponces Road in Cuyamungue in reference to a possible burglary. During the investigation it was learned the above individual was in possession of a stolen vehicle. She was taken into custody and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The initial burglary report is under investigation.

Suspect: Erik Dominguez-Olivas 20 Santa Fe, NM

Location: Rufina/Siler

 

The suspect was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and signs of impairment were observed. SFSTs indicated impairment. Suspect was arrested and provided a breath sample the results were .17/.17. An open container was located in the vehicle. During a subsequent search of the suspect, a white powdery substance was located. The substance field tested positive for cocaine. Suspect was booked.

Taken: Car Stereo Black: $300

Deputies spoke with the victim who stated that at the beginning of June 2019 her vehicle was burglarized and her ignition had been damaged while the vehicle was parked outside. Victim also stated that the stereo that was inside the vehicle had been taken. There is no suspect info available at this time.
