Victim reports vehicle was parked at the Ski Area on 6/17/16 during the afternoon and a purse was taken from inside of the unlocked vehicle.  The purse contained credit cards and a small amout of cash.  Case is under investigation. 

0216009373, Aggravated DWI, 6/18/16

Suspect: Patrick Perea  Age: 28  Espanola, NM

Perea was arrested for Aggravated DWI after he was stopped for speeding and was found to be impaired.  Perea refused chemical testing and was booked on 2nd offense Agg. DWI.  His vehicle was seized pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

Victim: Male, 46, Santa Fe, NM

On Sunday, June 19, 2016 at approximately 12:27am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a stolen wallet. Victim's wallet fell out of his pocket and was picked up shortly after. The wallet was not turned in to any staff at the casino. Wallet contained credit cards and more than $1000 in cash. Investigation is ongoing.

2016009399/ Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine/ 06/18/16

Arrested: Kenneth Sanchez- age 48

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine, Possession of a Controlled Substacne to wit: Promethazine, Possession of Drug Paraphenalia

On 6/18/16 contact was made with the above suspect near the Casa Rufina Apartments on Henry Lynch Road. The suspect was found to be intoxicated and a license inquiry revealed he was on probation. An arrest order was issued by Adult Probation and Parole for his arrest. During a search incident to arrest, he was found in possession of a white powdery substance which tested positive as cocaine. He was also found in possession of Promethazine pills for which he did not have a prescription. He was also found to be in possession of a hyperdermic needle. He was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location- 3500 Block of Hyde Park Road

Items taken- purse, wallet, credit cards, sunglass case

Between the hours of 12;15 PM and 2:15, unknown subjects gained entry into a 2011 Toyota Prius and took the above listed items.  Value of the items is $375.  Case is under investigation.

Location- 100 Block of Centaurus Ranch Road

Person Arrested- John Spira 23 yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon investigation, it was found that the above person had battered his mother.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Joe Tapia 43 Espanola

Deputy was sent to the above address.  It was found that the above listed person was in possession of heroin and suboxone. He was booked accordingly.

Victim reported his business was burglarized sometime between 3:30pm on June 16^th and 9:00am on June 17^th.  Suspect(s) forced entry through a window on the side of the building.  Suspect(s) took 2 rolls of copper tubing worth $ 876.00.

Victim reported that sometime between May 25^th and June 16 someone stole 20 rolls of filter fabric material from an outside storage area.  Estimated Loss: $2,934.00

 

0216009304 / BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER / 06-16-16

Location: Residence on Rons Road, Santa Fe N.M.

Arrested: Liliana Lucero, 39-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 06-16-16 Mrs. Lucero battered a family member during an argument.  The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene to investigate.  Mrs. Lucero was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charge.
