Stolen: Baseball, Basketball and Football Cards

Value: $ 3000.00

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary.  Deputies learned between May 30, 2016 and June 9, 2016 an unknown person forced entry into the garage.  The suspects then entered the residence and went to the bedroom closet and stole the cards.  Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Juan Lopez        Age: 32       San Juan Pueblo,NM

A Deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate having a controlled substance in is possession. The inmate was found to have cocaine and suboxone. The inmate was rebooked into the jail with the additional jail.

Arrested: Felix Rodriguez         Age: 28    Truchas,NM

A Deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate being found to have in his possession a controlled substance believed to be cocaine. The inmate was rebooked into the jail with the additional charge.

A Deputy was dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate being found in possession of a controlled substance. The inmate had in his possession suspected Heroin and was rebooked into the jail with the additional jail.

Arrested: Melaine Rivera, age 24

Deputies responded to the jail in regards to an inmate possessing heroin.  The suspect was in possession of heroin and rebooked on the above charges.

Location: 2323 Casa Rufina Apartments

Stolen: 3 rings and necklace

Value: $2,145.00

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a larceny. Victim reported an unknown person stole the above items from dresser during the month of March 2016.  No suspects have been identified and case is still under investigation.

Case # 0216008668 Battery against a household member 06-06-16

Location: 131 Peak Place (Tesuque Mobile Home Park)

Arrested: Amy Boyle 45 yoa female (Santa Fe NM)

Deputies were dispatched to the above listed residence. Upon arrival investigation revealed the suspect had battered her mother. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

 

0216008629, Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, 06.06.16

Location: County Road 84B

Arrested: Brianna Freitas-Jones age 20

Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to a stolen motor vehcile.  Deputies learned the above suspect had stolen the vehicle after being given a ride and the owner went into his residence to grab some items.  She was contacted via telephone and refused to return the vehicle.  The vehicle was located with the suspect drving the vehicle. She was arrested without incident.

Location: 300 block of Dinosaur Trail

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a burglary.  When deputies arrived they learned and unknown person entered the car and and damaged the ignition.  Nothing was stolen from the vehicle. Case is still under investigation.

Location: Buffalo Thunder Trail

Arrested: Luren Carmen, age 25

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a motor vehicle crash.  The above defendant admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages.  She showed signs of impairment during the SFST's.  She was arrested for DWI and transported to ADC without incident.
