The above suspect was seen on video spitting in the face of a correctional officer. Suspect was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Deteniton Center for battery upon a peace officer.

Victim reported between 6:30 am and 3:30 pm someone entered their residence and stole two televisions. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Robert Padilla 20 yoa male ( Santa Fe)
Victim reported his wife was involved in an argument with the suspect, when the suspect came out of a residence armed with a rifle. Victim reported the suspect pointed the rifle at him. Victim then left the area and called the Sheriff's office. Suspect was arrested after admitting he went outside with the rifle. Suspect was booked into the jail.

Arrested: Stephen Lentz (53 yoa male) Eldorado
The above suspect was stopped for not wearing a seat belt. Driver was found to be driving on a revoked license which was revoked for a prior DWI. The suspect was arrested and his vehicle was seized.

Arrested: Roy Vick 50 yoa male Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Deputies arrived on scene and heard the above suspect intxoicated and threatening his neighbor. Deputies arrested the suspect and transported him to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Jaylene Deaguero age: 33
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Subutext, Bench Warrant
On 06-14-16 the above individual was found to be in possession of a controlled substance to wit: Subutext. The individual admitted the drug did belong to her and she did not have a prescription. The aboisve individual also had a warrant for her arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court, charging Failure to Appear

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, No Insurance, No Registration
On 06-14-16 it was reported the above individual was operating a motor vehicle, while his license is revoked. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver was identified and found to have a revoked license due to a prior DWI. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Victim advised deputies between 7 p.m. and 7:10 p.m. someone broke the lock to his vehicle's door and stole several electronic items from his vehicle. Case is under investigation.

On this date, deputy responded to the above address. Upon investigation, it was found that subject unlawfully entered the residence by shoving the victim out of his way. Upon entering the residence, subject took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

On 06-12-16 the victim reported someone broke the window to his 2013 Honda Accord causing damage to the window frame in the process. The unknown suspect(s) did not appear to make entry into the vehicle at time of incident. The window apeared to have been pryed open with an unknown type of tool. Suspect information is pendint.
