On 06-12-16 the above victime reported someone broke into her vehicle and stole the above items. The incident occurred while the victim was attending church at the above location, between 5:00pm and 6:42pm. The unknown suspect gained entry by breaking the pasenger side window. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a death. Upon arrival they learned the victim was suffering from medical issues. The decedents brother had located the victim today at the residence. No foul play and case is still under investigaiton.

Deputies were dispatched to above location in regards to a burglary. When deputies arrived the victim advised them an unknown person had entered her residence by prying the West facing door. The victim reported nothing was missing from the residence. Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.

On 06-11-16 the victim reported that on 06-10-16 she was contacted an individual identiifying himself as a law enforcement officer. The officer told the victim she had two warrants for her arrest and needed to pay $990.00 to not be arrested. The transaction was completed through PayPal, before the victim realized it was a scam.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On Saturday, June 11, 2016 at approximately 12:04am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who was found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Heroin and items to help him use it. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

ON 06-10-16 the victim reported his residence was broken into. The incident occurred between 12:00pm and 4:30pm on 06-10-16. The above items was taken from the residence at that time. Suspect information is pending.

Suspect: Ventura Hinojos-Olivas, 44, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Felony DWI; Driving While License Revoked: Speeding; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer
On Thursday, June 9, 2016 at about 10:23pm, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling above the listed speed limit in the area. A traffic stop was conducted and the vehicle came to a stop in the area. Contact was made with the driver, who was seen reaching for an unknown object. Deputies attempted to place the suspect in handcuffs and the suspect pulled away and tried to get away. Suspect was placed in handcuffs for officer safety. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. It was learned that the suspect had a revoked driver's license from a prior DWI. Suspect had at least three prior DWIs on his record. Suspect also had a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect provided a breath sample of 0.08. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Vehicle was not seized due to the incident occurring within the Santa Fe City Limits.

On Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 10:14pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. Unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and removed a wood burning stove. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the Casitas MHP, in regards to a domestic. Upon arrival they learned the above suspect had picked-up his wife and drove her around several areas in the county. The above suspect refused to let the victim use her phone, refused to let her exit the vehicle and battered her during this time. The above suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges in regards to this case.

Deputies responded to the jail in regards to an inmate found with suboxone. The suboxone was located during a cell search of Bravo 600. The inmate was re-booked on the above charges.
