0216008373, DWI, Motor Vehicle Crash. 06.01.16

Deputy Assigned: Rob Garcia

Commander Entering: Lt. W. Pacheco

Location: US 285 @ Ave Vista Grande

Arrested: Molly P Long, age 60

Deputies reponded to the above location in regards to a Motor Vehicle Crash.  Upon arrival deputies learned the above driver had consumed alcohol.  Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the driver was impaired and arrested for DWI.  She was transported to ADC without incident.

0216008376, Death Investigation, 06.01.16

Commander Entering: Lt. W. Pacheco

Location: Esquina Road, (Eldorado)

Deputies responded to a death investigation at the above location.  Deputies located the individual outside of the residence unresponsive.  No Foul Play.

0216008246 / Attempt to commit a felony (Robbery), Resisting evading or obstructing an officer, Battery, Criminal damage to prop

Location: Agua Fria Road near Airport Road

Arrested: Chris Romero, 39-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 05-30-16 Mr. Romero attempted to take a vehicle by force from a motorist parked on the side of Agua Fria Road near Airport Road, but was unsuccessfull.  He battered the motorist and damaged the motorist's vehicle while atempting to take it.  He then went to an ex-girlfriends house in Riverside Mobile Home Park and trespassed on her property.  Deputies located him in the area and he fled on foot.  He was located soon after hiding under a porch and resisted being taken into custody.

0216008245 / Aggravated battery against a household member / 05-30-16

Deputy assigned: D. Bingham

Commander entering: Sgt. M. Delgado

Location: Residence on State Road 503 in Nambe

On 05-30-16 the victim reported she was run over by a vehicle occupied by two family members after they got into an argument.  According to the victim this occured on 05-27-16.  The case is under investigation.

0216008233/ Burglary-Residence/ 05-30-16

locatoin: South Sierra Place-Valle Vista Subdivision

Stolen: 40 inch LG Television- Flatscreen

Value: $250.00

On 05-30-16 the victim reported she returned home to find her west facing window open. Upon entering her residence she noticed the above item taken. The victim was away from the residence from 12:30pm to 4:45pm. The unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through the west facing window, by pushing the window up to open it. No damage was caused to the window. Suspect information is pending at this time.

0216008221/ Driving While License Suspended or Revoked/ 05-30-16

Location: State Road 14 mm 42- Santa Fe

Arrested: David Rodriguez age:30

Charges: Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Speed Regulation

On 05-30-16 the above individual was stopped for speeding 88mph in a posted 55mph zone. Upon conducting a driver license inguiry, it was learned his license was Revoked with an arrest clause. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. The vehicle driven by the above individual was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.

Case#0216008197, Battery Against a Household Member

Assigned Deputy: T. Lopez

Location: Cornerstone Lane, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 62, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Matthew Roybal, 24, Santa Fe, NM

On Sunday, May 29, 2016 at approximately 9:03pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument the suspect battered the victim, who is a household member. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

0216008165/Burglary-Auto/ 05/29/16

Deputy Assigned: L. Martinez

Commander Entering: Sgt. J. Rodriguez

Location: 3552 Agua Fria Santa Fe, NM

Stolen:  Black Leather Purse, NM Identification Card, Social Security Card, Medical Cards, Bank Debit Cards

Victim reported his Chevy Trailblazer was broken into while parked in the San Isidro Church parking lot. When he and his family returned to his vehicle, he found the front passenger window shattered and removed from the door. The victim reported the above items taken. No suspect have been identified at this time.

Case #0216008147, Burglary

Location: 100 block of Santa Cruz Lake Road, Chimayo, NM

Vehicle: 1995 Gray Lincoln Towncar

Suspect: Camilla Bustos, 28, Espanola, NM

Suspect: Jose Fernandez, 30, Santa Cruz, NM

Charges: Burglary; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin; Conspiracy; Larceny; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On Saturday, May 28, 2016 at approximately 11:51pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Contact was made with the suspects in the vehicle. Suspects broke into a metal tube connected to a structure containing money. Money was taken from the metal tube. Female suspect was found in possession of Heroin and items to use the heroin. Suspects were placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Case #0216008134, Unattended Death

Assigned Deputy: D. Bingham

Commander Entering: Cpl. K. Whyte

Location: 400 Block of Paseo Real, Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: Female, 79, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, May 28, 2016, at approximately 8:45pm, deputies responded to location in reference to an unresponsive female. The female had a DNR order and medics were unable to finds signs of life. The Office of the Medical Investigator responded to the scene. There were no signs of trauma to the female.
