Location: Agua Fria/San Ysidro Crossing

Victim reported two unknown males approached him while he was stopped at the stop sign and pointed a gun at him.  The two males demanded he open the trunk of his vehicle and the suspects removed a tool box with tools and an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim.  This incident occurred on March 29th, but was not reported until today. Case is still under investigation.

Location: Apache Plumbe Drive

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an ambulance assistance.  When deputies arrived they learned a 66 year old female was deceased.  No foul play.

Location: 7 Caliente Rd.  El Dorado

Suspect: Pending

Deputies are investigating a burglary that took place this morning.  Video surveillence shows a pick-up back into the window of the business and force entry.  An undetermined amount of custom jewelry is reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

 

Case #0216004633, Battery Against a Household Member

Location: Calle De Cedro, Edgewood, NM

Victim: Female, 27, Edgewood, NM

Suspect: Shado Addington, 31, Edgewood, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Interference with Communications

On Monday, March 28, 2016 at approximately 9:39pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim got into a verbal argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. While victim was on the phone with 9-1-1 the suspect disconnected the call by damaging the phone. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Victim did not suffer any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Location: La Puebla Road, Espanola, NM

Victim: Male, 39, Espanola, NM

Charges: Aggravated Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Monday, March 28, 2016 at approximately 8:25pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by forcing open the door to the residence. Once inside the residence the suspect(s) removed a firearm, electronic items, rims to a vehicle, and cash. Investigation is ongoing.

0216004628-Aggrivated Fleeing An Officer- Reckless Driving- No Insurance

Location- Agua Fria/San Ysidro Crossing

Person Arrested- Alyssa Carrillo 26 yo Santa Fe

The above person was travleing at a high rate of speed on Agua Fria. The driver failed to stop at posted stop signs and failed to stop after emergency equipment was activated and continued to drive in a reckless manner by running red traffic lights and forcing other vehicles off the roadway.  Subject later stopped and was subsequently arrested.

Victim advised that he saw an ad regarding Siberian husky puppies for sale on Craigslist.  Victim sent partial payment to the suspect $250.00 and was awaitng a response from the seller to no avail.  Case is under investigation.

While applying for a job in New Mexico, the victim reported that unknown subjects were using his personal information out of state.  Case is under investigation.

Items Taken- Misc Jewlery, Misc music Cd's

Between the hours of 4:30 pm and 9:00 pm, on March 26, 2016, unknown subjects entered a 2008 Saturn and took the above items. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported that unknown suspects used her Del Norte credit card and obtained $666.00 from her account on March 22, 2016.  Case is under investigation.
