Arrested: Dawn Longoria, age 45

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to domestic disturbance.  Deputies learned the above suspect had battered her boyfriend, while driving to Taos, NM.  The suspect was arrested without incident on the above charge.

0216004517, Burglary (Auto), Criminal Damage to Property, 02.26.16

Location: Hyde Park Road (Chamisa Trail Head)

Stolen: Credit Cards, Social Security Cards, Cash and Mac Book AIr

Deputies responded to Sandoval Street, and met with the victim.  The victim reported while hiking an unknown person entered her vehicle and removed the above items.  Case is still under investigation, no suspects have been identified.

Between 10:00 am and 11:00 am, subjects took the above listed items from the residence.  Value of items taken is $1,530.  Case is under investigation.

Location- 100 Block of Valle Duran

On March 25, 2016, a male individual advised that he was struck intentionally by a vehicle after being involved in an altercation at the above address.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Ogo Wii, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Jesus Holguin-Ornelas, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2003 blue Toyota 4door car

Charges: DWI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11:21pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was asleep in their car. Contact was made with the suspect, who was in control of the vehicle and showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the suspect, who agreed to submit to testing. Items used to smoke marijuana were located within the suspect's possession. Suspect was taken to the Christus St. Vincent Hospital for a legal blood draw. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Items taken- Purse, Wallet, Credit Cards

Between the hours of 4:30 pm and 8:15 pm, subjects broke the passenger side window of a 2010 Ford Focus that was parked at the above location and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Items taken- purse, misc personal items, credit cards

Between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, subjects gained forced entry into a 2004 Black in color Toyota pickup and stole the above items which were valued at $900.00.  Case is under investigation.

Case#: 0216004400/Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana/Date: 03-24-2016

Deputy Assigned: Deputy Clay Cullison

Location: NM 503 Mile Marker 5, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Andre Rollin 58 yoa male, Taos, NM

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance- Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Open Container, and Tampering with Evidence

Deputies were working a DWI Checkpoint Road Block at the above location.  Contact was made with a Tan Mercedes 4 door car.  Upon contact with the above driver, Deputy dectected an odor of marijuana and the driver acknowledged he was in possession of marijuana.  The above driver was observed throwing the marijuana out the car window.  Also located in the vehicle was a glass pipe, and an open beer bottle.  The driver was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Arrested: Roberta Trujillo 42 year old female, Espanola NM

Charges: Driving on Revoked Driver License

Deputy was assigned to the above location for a Sobriety Check Point.  Contact was made with a Silver Hyundai Accent and the above driver.  Upon contact with the driver it was learned she had a revoked license with the arrest clause.  Driver was arrested and booked on the above charge without further incident.  The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance.

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded the listed address in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took electronics from within the vehicle. This case remains under investigation.
