Arrested: Abraham Cardoza-Ponce, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 03-12-15 at approximately 7:50PM Mr. Cardoza-Ponce broke into his ex-girlfriend's apartment while she was inside by punching and breaking a window.  He entered the apartment and searched the interior looking for a male inside the residence but his ex-girlfriend was alone. He fled prior to Deputies arrival and was located a short time later at another apartment where he was placed under arrest.

Suspect: Ricky Archuleta, 29, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Larceny, Recieving stolen property

On Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 12:00 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a Larceny. It was reported that over night someone had taken several rolls of wires from the location. Contact was made with the suspect who was found in possession of some of the wire rolls. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: Santa Fe County Road 73    (Tesuque area)   Santa Fe,NM

Arrested: Brian Jagles        Age: 47         Santa Fe,NM

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with the above listed person after observing a traffic violation. Deputy contacted the driver and while issuing the citation for the violation, the Deputy learned that the driver was operating the vehicle while license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver's vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County seizure ordinance 2006-5. The subject was arrested and transported to jail.

Arrested: Sena, Anthony D, age 34, Santa Fe NM

The above wanted male was taken into custody on active an warrant for arson. Suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Case #0215003556 - False Imprisonment - 3/10/15

Location: Nelson Loop - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Carl Archuleta - age 45, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a possible overdose at the above location. They arrived to find no overdose, but the above subject pushing his wife and holding down his mother against her will. He was arrested without incident and booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Curtis Lucksinger - age 49, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign and was found to be driving with a revoked driver's license, pursuant to a DWI. He was placed under arrested and booked into ADC.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 5:35 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a Fraud. Victim advised that someone forged her signature on one of her checks and cashed the check at an unknown bank in the amount of more than $500.

Suspect: Walter Roybal  Age: 34  Santa Fe

Driver was arrested for DWI after he was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police and showed signs of impairment.  His BrAC was greater than .16 and he was charged with Aggravated DWI.

Suspect; Paul Garcia  Age: 49  Rio Rancho

Driver was arrested for DWI after being stopped for traffic lane violation and it was discovered he was impaired. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.  His BAC is pending blood analysis. Vehicle seized in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordanance.

SFCSO Case #0215003494/ Auto Burglary, Larceny and Credit Card Theft/ 03-10-2015

Location: State Road 503 at approximately mile marker 1 Santa Fe, New Mexico 87506

Deputies responded to a call for service in regards to a female who stated she was motioned to the side of the road at the above location by an unknown male. The victim advised the male approached her vehicle and advised her that she had a flat tire on her passenger side rear tire. The victim went to look at her tire but she found it was not flat. The victim got in her vehicle and drove away. While driving, she noticed her purse was missing from her passenger front seat. US currency, a cellular phone (Valued at $100), (4) credit cards, a New Mexico drivers license and (2) Social Security cards were in the purse when it was taken. At this time, no suspects have been identified in this matter. This case is currently under investigation.
