Arrested: Michael Lopez, 38-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 1-23-22 a traffic stop was conducted on a 1999 Toyota Camry. The driver, Michael Lopez, was determined to be driving while his license was revoked due to a prior DWI. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Suspect was located at the service station and showed signs of impairment. A DUI investigation was conducted and an arrest was made. It was discovered to be a 4th of subsequent arrest for DUI. Breath samples were given the results were .25/.25. She was booked

Suspect was located by deputies at a park and it was discovered he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was booked

Suspect: Christopher Catanach
On the above date the victim purposely drive in a manner to get the attention of Deputies. The vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation when it was learned the suspect battered the victim. The suspect was arrested without incident.

Location: NM 14 and Shenandoah Trail, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Melisco Gallegos
Deputies were dispatched to a hit and Run crash at above mentioned address, in which the suspects vehicle continued traveling east on Shenandoah Trail. A short time later, a call was received from the father of the suspect, indicating that his son drove under the influence and crashed his vehicle. Deputies made contact and an investigation determined that the suspect was the driver of the hit and run vehicle. Suspect attempted to flee but was apprehended. Suspect had a revoked DL and empty bottles of alcohol were located inside the vehicle. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC after refusing chemical testing.

Location:3251 Cerrillos Road (Walmart)
Suspect: Jason Ray Vallejo
Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near the Walmart. During the stop it was learned the vehicle was stolen and the driver/suspect had a warrant for his arrest. During the investigation Deputies recovered a stolen firearm and learned the suspect was a felon in possession of that firearm. Narcotics such as fentanyl, heroin and methamphetamines were located along with materials to distribute said narcotics. The suspect was booked without incident.

Location: Las Campanas & Ranch Estates Dr., Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Javier Sena, 21 years old
Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned location in reference to a reckless driver. The vehicle was located at location and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitted from the driver upon making contact. Sobriety Tests were administered and the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving impaired. Multiple bottles of liquor were located in plain view and throughout the vehicle.
Driver was booked at ADC on above mentioned charges.

Arrested: Danielle Saavedra 22 yoa, Albuquerque NM
Deputies responded to above location in reference to a criminal damage report. A civil stand by was conducted and the above subject obstructed and resisted arrested. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported in July of 2022, unknown suspect(s) opened an account with Workforce Solutions in the victim's identity. In addition, the suspect(s) received funds from Workforce Solutions. Case is under investigation.
