Upon arrival, the male was located deceased. OMI was contacted and based on the investigation, there were no signs of foul play and the death appeared to be of natural causes.

The suspect crashed off the roadway and was later found to be impaired. The suspect agreed to chemical testing and tested more than twice the legal limit. The suspect was booked into ADC without issue.

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate with an active bench warrant. Upon arrival, the warrant was confirmed to be valid. The warrant was issued out of the Twelfth District Court. The subject was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 deputies responded to the above location for a report of damaged property. Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown persons damaged a vehicle's windows while it was parked. This case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, deputies were patrolling the above intersection when they observed a vehicle fail to stop for a stop sign. Upon making contact with the driver, it was determined that her license was revoked, due to a previous DWI. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly and without incident.

Victim was contacted by Experian that an unknown person attempted to use his personal information to open an unidentified account.

ARRESTEE: JOSHUA DANIEL DANFIELD- 26-YEAR-OLD, W/M, ALBUQUERQUE, NM RESIDENT.
On 8-17-22 at about 11: 45 a.m., Deputy Lopez responded to the above area reference to a suspicious vehicle in the area. During the course of his investigation, Deputy Lopez located Joshua Daniel Danfield operating a motor vehicle matching the description of the suspicious vehicle. Deputy Lopez's investigation yielded the arrest of Joshua Daniel Danfield for Aggravated DWI (refusal), after he observed signs of impairment shown by Joshua Daniel Danfield.
Joshua Daniel Danfield was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
