On Thursday, August 11, 2022, deputies responded to the above location for a report of a male with an active bench warrant. After confirming the warrant's validity, he was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location 600 Block of Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM

On Wednesday, August 10th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a shots fired call. The victim advised unknown individuals shot a vehicle on the property. Upon arrival, deputies did locate a vehicle with two bullet holes. This case remains under investigation.

2022004508 / Escape From Jail / 8-9-22

Location 28 Camino Justicia (SFCADC)

Suspect: Jarrod Bearden / 35yom

Suspect used the identity of another inmate and was able to escape the jail. The suspect was later captured and booked accordingly. 

Case #2022004605 Battery against a household member 08-08-22

Location: Lopez Lane (Santa Fe/Agua Fria Village)

Arrested: Bobby Trujillo (Santa Fe)

Subject was arrested after deputies were dispatched to a dispute at his residence. Investigation revealed Mr. Trujillo had battered his grandfather and then took away his telephones when he attempted to call law enforcement. Mr. Trujillo was arrested and booked.

Subject was stopped for a traffic offense and found to have an active warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for the original offense of battery against a household member. Subject was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Subject was stopped for a traffic infraction. He was found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of the Los Alamos Magistrate Court. Subject was arrested and booked without incident.

Subject was stopped for a traffic violation. During contact, subject displayed signs of impairment. A DWI investigation was conducted and the subject was arrested. She refused chemical testing and was booked into SFADC without incident.
