Victim stated that while standing in the parking lot of the above location, a male approached him in a vehicle, got out and pointed a handgun at his chest. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Miles Nelson 57 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, and Careless Driving
Deputies responded to an intoxicated male leaving in a Toyota Tacoma from Harry's Roadhouse on Old Las Vegas Highway. Deputies located a Black Toyota Tacoma rolled over at the above location. The driver showed signs of impairment and was unable to stand to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Driver was placed under arrest and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory at which time agreed to chemical testing. Above suspect provided breathe sample with a reading of BrAC 0.26g/210L and 0.25g/210L respectfully. The above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Stolen: Flat Screen TV, 6 Bottles of White Wine, and 3 Cotton Bath Towels Total Estimated Value: $920.00
Victim reports that unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location sometime between March 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm and March 14, 2016 at 3:00 pm by shattering a window. Once inside the above items were taken. Estimated value of damage $1080.00. Case still pending further investigation.

On Sunday, March 13, 2016 at approximately 9:40pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by breaking a window and removed video surveillance equipment. Investigation is ongoing.

On Sunday, March 13, 2016 at approximately 9:24pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by breaking a window and removed several clothing items, video game systems, and video games from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

On Sunday, March 13, 2016 at approximately 8:02pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to testing. Driver provided two breath samples which were more than 0.08. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Charges: Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny
On Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:07pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle and removed a wallet with cards, cash, etc. There were no signs of forced entry. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim stated that she lost her coin purse containing approximately $700.00 in cash. Surveillance video shows a male pick up the coin purse and exit the Casino.

Victim: 43 year old male
Incident: Death Investigation
Narrative: The victim’s mother last spoke to him at approximately 8:00pm last night. When his parents went to the house this morning they found him slumped over on the living room couch, with no signs of life.
The Office of the Medical Investigator was called to the scene.
No foul play or suspicious activity is suspected at this time.

Location: NM-41 and CR-42 (Galisteo Area)
Suspect: Rodolfo Erives – 22 – Edgewood, NM
Charges: DWI
Narrative: The suspect was found passed out in his vehicle at approximately 7:15am on New Mexico Hwy 41 in the Galisteo area. At the time he was found the lights were on and the vehicle was running.
The suspect performed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which showed signs of impairment. The suspect agreed to take a Breathalyzer Test with the results being a .10.
The suspect was subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility for DWI
